In a large skillet, cook beef and onion over medium heat until no longer pink; drain
- SWEET-AND-SOUR DRESSING:
- 1 pound ground beef
- 2 tablespoons chopped onion
- 1 can (15 ounces) tomato sauce
- 1 teaspoon white vinegar
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 2 to 3 drops hot pepper sauce
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
- 1/4 teaspoon celery salt
- 1/4 teaspoon onion salt
- 1/8 teaspoon ground allspice
- 1/8 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- Dash pepper
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 6 to 8 taco shells
- Shredded lettuce
- Chopped tomatoes
- 1 cup Miracle Whip
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 2 tablespoons white vinegar
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon hot pepper sauce
Crock Pot Potato Soup

Cook onion in large skillet over medium heat for 5 minutes or until onion is tender
- 1 medium onion
- 2-14 oz chicken broth
- ...5 large potatoes-diced
- 2 cups water
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 ts pepper
- 1/2 tsp dried dill
- 1/4 cup flour
- 2 cups half and half
- 1 – 12 oz can evaporated milk

Empty large can of tomatoes into blender or food processor
- 1 can large diced tomatoes
- 1/2 onion of your choice
- 3 fresh jalapenos (makes it medium heat )
- 1 healthy cup of cilantro (About half a bushel)
- 1/4 tea spoon salt (season to liking)
- 1 tablespoon of cumin
- 3 tablespoons of sugar or 3 packs sweet and low
- 1 clove of fresh garlic or 1 tea spoon garlic powder
- 1 dash of crushed red pepper
Cheesy Zucchini Bake

Preheat oven to 350F/180C
- 2 medium-sized zucchini, cut in slices or half-moon slices
- 2 medium-sized yellow squash, cut in slices or half-moon slices
- 2-4 T chopped fresh basil (or even less, depending on how much you like the flavor of basil)
- 2 T thinly sliced green onion
- 1/2 tsp. dried thyme
- 3/4 tsp. garlic powder
- 1/2 cup + 1/2 cup low-fat white cheese (I used Pizza Cheese, which is a low-fat blend of Mozzarella, Provolone, Romano, and Parmesan)
- 1/2 cup coarsely grated Parmesan (I would use a little less if you only have the very finely grated Parmesan from a can)
- salt and fresh ground black pepper to taste

- 2 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
