Breakfast Bread Pudding | Full Fork Ahead

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees
- 5 extra-large whole eggs
- 2 extra-large egg yolks
- 2 1/2 cups half-and-half
- 1/3 cup honey
- 1 1/2 teaspoons pure vanilla extract
- 2 teaspoons orange zest (2 oranges)
- 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
- Brioche loaf (substitute challah if you can’t get brioche)
- 1/2 cup golden raisins (we used more, advise doing so to taste)
- Maple syrup, to serve
Crab Cakes

Combine all ingredients except the crab meat in a bowl
- 1 lb. Lump Crab Meat (I used Culinary Reserve Premium Hand-Picked Crab Meat)
- 2 Slices White Bread, crumbled, crust removed (I processed mine in a food processor)
- 1 Egg, beaten
- 2 tbsp. Mayo
- 1 tsp Seafood Seasoning
- 1 tsp. Worcestershire Sauce
- 1 tsp. Dijon Mustard
- 1 tbsp. Dried Parley Flakes (I used freshly chopped cilantro, instead)
- 2 tsp. lemon juice
Texas Sheet Cake

Preheat oven to 375 degrees
- 4 C. brownie mix (recipe in dry mixes)
- 1/2 C. oil
- 1 C. water
- 1/2 C. sour cream
- 2 eggs, slightly beaten
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
- 1 tsp. baking soda
Apple & Pear Crumble

Preheat oven to 400. Toss the fruit with the brown sugar, flour, butter, cinnamon and egg to coat
- 3 cups chopped, cored, peeled apples and pears (3-4 whole fruits)
- 3 tablespoons brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
- 2 tablespoons butter, melted
- 1 pinch cinnamon
- 1 egg, lightly beaten
- Topping2/3 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/3 packed brown sugar
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- pinch of salt
- 6 tablespoons butter, cut into pieces
Tequila-Lime Chicken

This yummy chicken is great on its own or on a taco salad
- 12 boneless skinless chicken breasts
- 3/4 cup soy sauce
- 1/2 cup sweet and sour mix
- 3 T tequila
- 3 T lime juice
- 1 T dry mustard
- 3 t minced garlic
- 3 one-gallon freezer bags
Oriental Smoked-Turkey Pinwheels

Spread each tortilla with the sauce and sprinkle with green onions
- 4 (10-inch) flour tortillas
- 1/2 cup hoisin sauce, plum sauce or other oriental style sauce
- 1/3 cup finely chopped green onions
- 2 cups thinly sliced smoked turkey (about 8 ounces)
- 4 large leaves leaf lettuce to cover tortillas
STUFFED ITALIAN BREAD

Preheat the oven to 350 F
- 1 Italian loaf, about 12 inches long
- 1 stick butter, melted
- 1/8 cup olive oil
- 3 tsp minced onion
- 2-3 cloves garlic, grated
- 1 tbsp dijon mustard
- 1 tbsp poppy seeds
- 3 tsp chopped parsley (add more if you wish)
- 12 oz grated cheese (I used a mix of white cheddar and monterey jack.)

- 3 oz. uncooked chorizo (spicy Mexican sausage)
- 6 oz. ground turkey
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1/2 red bell pepper, chopped
- 1/2 green bell pepper, chopped
- 1 tbsp. minced garlic
- 1 cup baby spinach
- 4 slices whole wheat bread, cubed
- 4 eggs
- 2/3 cup skim milk
- 1/2 tsp. ground mustard
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- Freshly ground black pepper, to taste
- 1/2 cup grated reduced-fat swiss cheese
- 1/2 cup grated reduced-fat extra sharp cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup grated reduced-fat jalapeno cheddar cheese
