- Watermelon Breeze
- 2 cups chopped seedless watermelon, Chilled
- 1/2 cup pomegranate juice, no sugar added
- Juice of 1/2 lemon
- 1 mint leaf
Add all ingredients to the blender and blend until smooth. Pour over ice and garnish with additional mint if desired.
This recipes makes 2 servings and yields about 2 cups.
