For the cinnamon sugar mixture: Stir cinnamon and sugar together in a small bowl
- FOR THE CRUST:
- 1 cup All-purpose Flour
- 1/2 teaspoons Baking Soda
- 1/2 teaspoons Salt
- 1/2 cups Softened Butter
- 3/4 cups Sugar
- 1 whole Egg
- 1/2 whole Batch Of Cinnamon Sugar Mixture (see Below)
- FOR THE CHEESECAKE:
- 12 ounces, weight Softened Cream Cheese
- 1/2 cups Sugar
- 1/2 cups Plain Greek Yogurt
- 1 whole Egg
- 1/2 Tablespoons Vanilla
- 1/2 whole Batch Of Cinnamon Sugar Mixture (see Below)
- FOR THE CINNAMON SUGAR MIXTURE:
- 1 Tablespoon Cinnamon
- 3 Tablespoons Sugar

Adjust oven rack to middle position and heat oven to 375 degrees
- Tomato Sauce:
- 1 28-ounce 1 28-ounce 28-ounce can diced tomatoes (in juice)
- 1 28-ounce 1 28-ounce 28-ounce can crushed tomatoes
- 2 2 2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
- 3 3 cloves 3 medium cloves garlic, finely minced
- 1/2 1/2 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes, optional
- 1/2 1/2 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 2 2 teaspoons dried basil
- Cheese Filling and Pasta:
- 3 3 3 cups part-skim ricotta cheese
- 4 4 2 ounces grated Parmesan cheese (about 2 cups)
- 8 8 2 ounces shredded mozzarella cheese (about 2 cups)
- 2 2 2 large eggs , lightly beaten
- 3/4 3/4 3/4 teaspoon table salt
- 1/2 1/2 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 2 2 2 1/2 chopped fresh parsley leaves (or 2 1/2 teaspoons dried parsley)
- 2 2 1 teaspoons chopped fresh basil (or 1 teaspoon dried basil)
- 16 16 to to lasagna noodles (I use the Barilla brand – apparently they are supposed to be the most similar to homemade pasta and I love them, both in this and in lasagna)
