- 1/2 pound(s) uncooked turkey sausage(s), Italian-style, casings removed
- 2 tsp olive oil, extra-virgin
- 2 medium yellow pepper(s), cut into 2-inch long thin strips
- 1 medium uncooked onion(s), thinly sliced
- 1/2 cup(s) red wine
- 1 1/2 Tbsp minced garlic
- 28 oz canned crushed tomatoes, fire-roasted recommended
- 1/2 tsp crushed red pepper flakes, or less to taste
- 1/4 tsp table salt
- 8 oz uncooked whole-wheat pasta, fusilli
- 1/3 cup(s) basil, fresh, chopped

Preheat oven to 375. Put cooked sausage into a 10" pie plate to created a "crust"
- 1 cup hash browns, thawed
- 1 lb. sausage, cooked and drained
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
- 2 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese
- 4 oz. shredded cheddar cheese
- 5 eggs

In a large skillet over medium heat, add the oil and chopped onion

- 3/4 3/4 3/4 cup chopped onion
- 1 1 1 pound ground beef or ground turkey
- 1 to 3 1 to 3 3 garlic cloves
- 1 1 1 tablespoon chili powder
- 2 2 2 teaspoons ground cumin
- 2 2 2 teaspoons ground coriander
- 1/2 1/2 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 1/2 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1 1 can 1 (8-ounce) can tomato sauce
- Taco shells

Preparation Heat the oil in a pan and sauté the onion, celery, and bell peppers until soft

- 1 1/2 cups of each: small-diced red and yellow bell pepper

- 1/2 cup whole wheat bread crumbs (preferably panko)
- 1/4 cup low-fat mayonnaise or soy mayonnaise (I like Nayonaise brand)
- 2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 pound (8 ounces) jumbo lump crabmeat, drained
- Cooking spray
- 2 tablespoons fresh minced parsley

- 2 tablespoons store-bought pesto
- 2 tablespoons low fat mayonnaise (or soy mayonnaise)

- 1 cup low-fat Greek yogurt
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
