Bread Dough Wreath

Great for kids to do Christmas ornaments
- 4 cups flour
- 1 cup salt
- 1 1/2 cup warm water
- 1 tsp. instant tea
Crockpot Ranch Chicken

Place all ingredients in a bag and freeze flat
- 6 Chicken breast, cut in half
- 1 can of cream of mushroom
- 1 pkg. ranch dressing seasoning
- 5 large potatoes, diced
Strawberry Delight

Melt butter in oven in 9 x 12 inch dish, take out add 2 cups flour and nuts mix in same pan and press in bake pan
- Crust:
- 2 cups flour
- 2 stick of butter
- 1 cup chopped nuts (walnuts or pecans)
- Filling:
- 2 -8 oz. cream cheese
- 1 -box confectioner sugar (16 oz.)
- 1 -12 oz. cool whip
- Glaze:
- 1 container of strawberry pie filling glaze, usually in veg. or fresh fruit department
- 2 - containers of fresh strawberries, sliced
- sugar to taste
Pasta with mushroom, peas, prosciutto, and sour cream

Cut prosciutto crosswise into slender pieces about 1/8 in
- 1/4 lb. thinly sliced prosciutto
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 2 tsp. all-purpose flour
- Mushroom saute (see recipe)
- 8 oz. corkscrew-shaped dried pasta (cellentani or cavatappi)
- 1 cup homemade or low-salt chicken broth
- 1/2 cup frozen peas
- 2 tab. chopped fresh flat-leaf parsley
- freshly ground black pepper
Debbie's Pound Cake

Cream the shortening, butter and sugar thoroughly
- 1/2 cup shortening
- 2 sticks of butter
- 3 cups sugar
- 5 eggs
- 3 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/2 teas. baking powder
- 1 cup of milk
- 1 teas. vanilla extract
- 1 teas. almond extract
Chicken Fajitas

Add all ingredients in a bag and freeze flat
- 2 pds. boneless, skinless chicken breast
- 2 bell peppers sliced
- 1 small yellow onion, sliced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tab. honey
- 1 tab. apple cider vinegar
- 1 tab. chili powder
- 2 teas. cumin
- 1 teas. paprika
- 1/4 teas. crushed red pepper
Fettuccine Alfredo

Cook pasta according to package directions, omitting salt and fat
- 1 (9oz) package refrigerated fresh fettuccine
- 2 applewood-smoked bacon slices, chopped
- 1 teas. garlic, minced
- 1 tab. all-purpose flour
- 1 cup 1% low-fat milk
- 2.5 oz. Parmigiano-Reggiano cheese, grated (about 2/3 cup)
- 1/4 teas. salt
- 2 tab. parsley leaves
- 1/2 teas. freshly ground pepper
Cilantro Pesto

Place the cilantro, pepitas, cotija and garlic in a food processor and blend until just smooth
- 2 cups packed fresh cilantro leaves
- 3/4 hulled pepitas (raw pumpkin seeds), toasted
- 1/2 cup grated cotija chees
- 2 garlic cloves, crushed
- 1 cup plus 2 tab. canola, grapeseed or other neutral oil
- 1 tea. grated lime zest
- 2 tab. freshly squeezed lime juice
- salt and pepper
Crockpot Beef Veggie Soup

Add all the ingredients, except chicken broth, in a bag and freeze flat
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1 jar of pasta sauce
- 1 can of green beans, sliced
- 2 large carrots, peeled and sliced
- 1 onion, minced
- 1 can of beans, any type you want
- 4 cups of chicken broth
Spaghetti Carbonara

Bring a pot of lightly salted water to a boil
- 1 lb. spaghetti
- 6 slices bacon, sliced
- 1 cup of milk
- 2 large eggs plus 2 egg yolks
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 tab. all-purpose flour
- 3/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 1/2 tsp. freshly cracked black pepper
