Spinach Filled Phyllo

If phyllo dough is frozen, thaw at room temperature for 4-5 hours
- 2 large bunch of spinach (washed and drained)
- 1/2 cup parsley, finely chopped
- 3 green onions, finely chopped
- 1 1/2 teas. salt
- 1/4 teas. pepper
- 1/2 cup lemon juice
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
- 1/2 cup feta cheese
- 1 lb. phyllo dough
- soft butter
Garlic Roasted Chicken

Preheat the oven to 425. Heat the olive oil in a large over-proof skillet over med

- 12 vanilla wafers
- 2- 8oz. pkg. cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 teas. vanilla

Artichoke Heart Dip

- 1 8oz. can artichoke hearts, drained
- 1 cup of mayo

Sesame Seared Scallops

Combine soy sauce, vinegar, ginger and 1/4 cup water in a small bowl
- 3 tab. soy sauce
- 1 tab. rice-wine vinegar
- 1 tab. grated fresh ginger
- 1/4 cup water
- 1 lb. sea scallops
- 3 tab. sesame seeds
- 3 teas. vegetable oil, divided
- 1 red bell pepper, cut into strips
- 1 yellow bell pepper,cut into strips
- 1 cup fresh snow peas, trimmed
Slow Cooker Chex Mix

Add cereal, pretzels, cheerios and peanuts to slow cooker
- 9 cups Chex cereal (equal parts corn, rice and wheat)
- 2 cups pretzels
- 1 cup cheerios
- 1 cup peanuts
- 1/3 cup (6 tab.)butter, melted and hot
- 1 tab. seasoned salt
- 1/4 cup worcestershire sauce

Shanghai Fried Noodles

In a large pot of boiling salted water, cook the noodles until al dente, about 8 minutes
- 1 lbs. fresh Shanghai noodles, or Japanese udon noodles
- 2 tab. Chinese rice wine
- 1 tab. hoisin sauce
- 1 teas. cornstarch
- 12 oz. flank steak, sliced into 1/4 inch strips
- 3 tab. dark soy sauce
- 1 tab. soy sauce
- 1/2 teas. sugar
- 2 tab. peanut oil
- 1/2 teas. minced garlic
- 1/2 teas. minced ginger
- 1/2 tea. minced green onions, plus 1 cup cut-o-a bias green onions
- 3 cups julienned Napa cabbage
- 1/2 teas minced jalapeno
Peppered Tuna with Ponzu Sauce

- 1 1/2 lb. tuna steaks, 1 1/2 inches thick
- 1 tab. cracked black pepper
- 12 green onions, trimmed
- 1 1/2 lb. bok choy, or spinach
- 4 cloves of garlic, peeled
- 2/3 cup chicken broth
- 2 tab. fresh lemon juice
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1 tab. minced fresh ginger
- 1/2 cup peeled, seeded, diced plum tomato
- Vegetable oil, for frying
- 15 wonton skins, cut into 1/4 inch strips
- 2 teas. olive oil
Chocolate Raspberry Pavlova

- 2 cups superfine sugar
- 3 tab. unsweetened cocoa powder, sifted
