Add the chicken into a bowl and toss with the oyster sauce and soy sauce

On a shallow plate, mix together the ginger, sesame seeds, and cracked black pepper
- Ginger sauce:
- 1/2 cup minced ginger
- 1/4 cup sesame seeds
- 1 tab. cracked black pepper
- 1/2 lb. very fresh, sushi-grade ahi tuna
- kosher salt
- 3 tab. peanut oil, for searing
- 1 tab. lime juice
- 1 med. size, ripe avocado, peeled, pitted , quartered and sliced
- 2 cups mixed greens
- 12 thin slices red onion
- 1 med. tomato, peeled, seeded and diced
- 1 small shallot, minced
- 1/2 teas. finely grated fresh ginger
- freshly ground black pepper
- 1/3 cup soy sauce
- 1/3 cup lime juice
- 1/3 cup olive oil

- 1 (3 1/2 oz.) pkg. pistachio pudding

- 3 eggs
- 1/2 cup chopped pecans
- 1 cup of club soda
- 2 envelopes whipped topping
- 1 1/2 cup cold water
- 1 (3 1/2 oz.) pkg. pistachio pudding
Emeril's Inside-Out Spicy Tuna Roll with Special Sauce

In a small bowl, combine mayo, chili paste, chili oil, and sesame oil and stir to combine
- 1/3 cup mayo
- 2 tab. hot chili paste
- 1 tea. hot chili oil
- 1/2 teas. toasted sesame oil
- 4 sheets of nori
- Prepared sushi rice (at least 3 cups cooked rice)
- 1/2 lb. sushi-quality fresh tuna, cut into 1/2 inch wide strips
- wasabi paste
- 2 tab. finely sliced scallions
- 3 tab. toasted black sesame seeds
