- Beef:
- 1 12/ lb. beef, sliced very thin
- Fleur de sel for seasoning
- 1 oz. extra-virgin olive oil
- Mushrooms:
- 1 lb. enoki
- 1 lb. chanterelles
- extra-virgin olive oil
- salt to taste
- thyme to taste
- 4 garlic cloves, chopped
- 1/2 cup red wine vinegar
- 2 cups frisee
- Sunchokes:
- 1 lb. sunchokes (peeled into lemon water), cliced thin
- 3 tab. butter
- Aili:
- 8 garlice, cloves, peeled
- 1 tab. extra-virgin olive oil
- 1 egg yolk
- Drizzle of lemon juice
- 1/2 cup small capers
Sally's cheese straws

Process all ingredients in a food processor about 30 seconds or until mix forms a ball
- 1 lb. sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1 1/2 cup. all-purpose flour
- 1/4 cup butter, softened
- 1 teas. salt
- 1/4 teas. ground red pepper
Deluxe Chocolate Marshmallow Bars

In a mixing bowl, cream butter and sugar
- Topping:
- 3/4 cup butter
- 1 1/2 cup sugar
- 3 eggs
- 1 teas. vanilla extract
- 1 1/3 cup all purpose flour
- 1/2 teas. baking powder
- 1/2 teas. salt
- 3 tab. baking cocoa
- 1/2 cup chopped nuts, opt.
- 4 cups mini marshmallows
- 1 1/3 cup chocolate chips
- 3 tab. butter
- 1 cup peanut butter
- 2 cup crispy rice cereal
Breakfast Pizza

Crumble sausage and cook 5-7 minutes or until lightly browned
- 1lb. pork sausage, cooked
- 1 cup frozen hash browns, thawed
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 5 large eggs, scrambled
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1/8 teas. pepper
- 2 tab. grated parmesan cheese
King Oyster Mushroom Stew

Place dried king oyster mushroom in warm water for about 30 minutes
- Dried oyster mushrooms, 8 oz.
- Ribeye, 8 oz. (any steak will do)slice thinly
- 4 green onion, 1 thinly slice, 3 into larger chunks
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- black pepper
- 1 small white onion, sliced into half moon shape
- red pepper, slice into chunks
- 2 carrots, thinly sliced
- 3 cups of beef broth, heated
Hangover Bread Pizza

Preheat over to 350 degrees
- 4 demi baguettes, about 10 inches long
- 5 eggs
- 1 cup shaved percorino, grated
- Mortadella (or ham) one slice per baguette
- Salt and Pepper to taste
Greek Style Skillet Supper

Cook ground beef and onion in large skillet on med-high heat until beef is no longer pink, stirring occasionally
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1/2 cup copped onion
- 1 teas. oregano leaves
- 1 teas. cinnamon
- 1/2 teas. garlic powder
- 1 can (14 1/2 oz.) reduced sodium beef broth
- 1 can (14 1/2 oz.) diced tomatoes, undrained
- 1 tab. tomato paste
- 1 1/2 cup uncooked penna pasta
- 1 1/2 cup frozen spinach leaves or cut green beans, thawed
- 3/4 cup crumbled feta cheese, divided
Basic Crepes

In a blender container combine all ingredients
- 1 1/4 cup milk
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 egg
- 1 teas. cooking oil
- 1/4 teas. baking powder
Chicken and Dried Beef

Arrange dried beef in a shallow casserole dish, wrap strips of bacon around each chicken breasts
- 3/4 lbs. dried beef
- 6 strips lean bacon
- 6 chicken breasts, boned
- 1- 10 3/4 oz. can cream of mushroom soup
Basil Vinaigrette

Process first 6 ingredients in a blender until smooth, stopping once to scrape down sides
- 1 1/2 cup loosely packed basil leaves
- 3 tab. olive oil
- 3 garlic cloves
- 1/4 cup lemon juice
- 1/4 teas. salt
- 1/4 teas. freshly ground pepper
- 3/4 cup olive oil
