Broccoli Pasta Salad

Cook pasta according to package;drain and rinse under cold water
- 1 large broccoli bunch
- 1 small red onion chopped
- 10 to 12 bacon strips cooked and crumbled (or bacon bits)
- Spiral or bow-tie pasta
- Dressing
- 3 tbsp vinegar
- 1/3 cup mayo
- 1/3 cup sugar
Grilled Black Cod with Fried Garlic and Chiles

- 6 7- to 8-ounce black cod fillets (about 1 inch thick)
- Coarse kosher salt
- 6 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil (preferably Spanish)
- 4 garlic cloves, thinly sliced crosswise
- 1 dried guindilla chile, crumbled, or 1/2 teaspoon dried crushed red pepper
- 3 tablespoons chopped fresh Italian parsley
- Special equipment: Fish grill basket (optional)
Macaroni and Cheese

- Butter, for greasing dish
- 12 ounces wide egg noodles
- 2 cups heavy cream
- 2 1/2 cups whole milk
- 2 teaspoons all-purpose flour
- 1/2 teaspoon salt, plus more for pasta water
- 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
- 2 cups (packed) grated Fontina
- 3/4 cup (packed) finely grated Parmesan
- 3/4 cup (packed) grated mozzarella
- 4 ounces cooked ham, diced, optional
- 2 tablespoons finely chopped fresh Italian parsley leaves

- Heat oven to 350ºF. Grease square pan, 8x8x2 inches. In medium bowl, beat granulated sugar, 1/2 cup butter, the vanilla and eggs with electric mixer on medium speed, or stir with spoon. Stir in flour, cocoa, baking powder and salt. Spread in pan.
- Bake 25 to 30 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean; cool 15 minutes. Mix remaining ingredients except chocolate; spread over brownies. Refrigerate 15 minutes.
- In 1-quart saucepan, heat chocolate over low heat until melted; spread evenly over powdered sugar mixture. Refrigerate at least 3 hours. For bars, cut into 5 rows by 5 rows; cut each bar diagonally in half to form triangles.

To prepare crust, combine all ingredients in a 9-inch glass pie plate
- Chocolate Cookie Crust: 1 1/2 cups crumbled chocolate chip cookies
- 2 to 3 tbsp granulated sugar
- 1/4 cup butter
- Filling: 3 cups mini marshmallows
- 1/2 cup light cream
- 1 cup dairy whipped cream
- 1 dark milk chocolate candy bar
- 1/4 cup graham cracker crumbs
Chicken and Ravioli Carbonara

1. In 10inch skillet, heat dressing over high heat
- 2 Tbsp italian dressing
- 1 lb boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into 1/2 inch strips
- 3/4 cup chicken broth
- 1 package (9oz) refrigerated cheese-filled ravioli
- 1/2 cup half-and-half
- 4 slices bacon, crisply cooked and crumbled shredded parmesan cheese, if desired chopped fresh parsley, if desired.
Bacon-Wrapped Spam bites

Preheat oven to 400F Cut each bacon slice in half
- 16 strips fully cooked bacon
- 1 12-ounce can Spam, cut into 32 cubes
- 32 wooden toothpicks
- 1/2 cup honey mustard
- 1/4 cup firmly packed brown sugar
- 2 tbsp apple juice

- 1/2 of a 17.3-ounce package Pepperidge Farm® Puff Pastry Sheets (1 sheet), thawed
- 1 egg
- 1 tablespoon water

- 4 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves (about 1 pound)
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 container (4 ounces) garlic & herb spreadable cheese
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
Ham and Scalloped Potato Wellingtons

Preheat oven to 400F. Line a sheet pan with parchment paper

- 1 egg, slightly beaten
- 1 tbsp water
- 2 sheets frozen puff pastry, thawed
- 40-ounce tray top baked scalloped potatoes, unheated, divided into 8 even portions
- 8 oz swiss cheese slices, cut into 2-inch squares
- 8 tsp dijon mustard
- 8 1-ounce ham slices, cut into 2 inch squares

- 1/4 cup butter, softened
- 3 tbsp mayo
- 2 tbsp fresh lemon juice
- 1/4 tsp dried basil
- 1/4 tsp ground black pepper
- 1/8 tsp onion powder
- 1/8 tsp celery salt
- 2 pounds tilapia fillets
