Chinese Pizza Dough

In a large bowl, commbine the yeast, warm water and white flour
- batch chinese pizza dough:
- 1 packet active dry yeast
- 9 oz warm water
- 13 oz unbleached white flour
- 4 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 2 tbsp sesame seeds
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 cups wholemeal flour
Broccoli Salad

Cook pasta according to package;drain and rinse under cold water
- 1 large broccoli bunch
- 1 small red onion chopped
- 10 to 12 bacon strips cooked and crumbled (or bacon bits)
- Spiral or bow-tie pasta
- Dressing
- 3 tbsp vinegar
- 1/3 cup mayo
- 1/3 cup sugar
Kung Pao Pizza

Preheat oven to 500F. Bake base for 5 minutes and remove from oven
- 1 batch chinese pizza dough
- 1 head broccoli florets
- 1/2 head cauliflower
- 2 scallions
- 1 small tomato, chopped
- 1/2 cup peanuts
- 2 tsp sugar
- 2 tsp cider vinegar
- 2 tsp cornstarch
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1/2 tsp crushed dried hot red chilies
- 6 dried whole hot red peppers
- 1 tbsp peanut oil
Italian Sausage with Tomatoes and penne

1. cook and drain pasta as directed on package 2
- 3 cups uncooked penne pasta (9oz)
- 1 lb uncooked italian sausage links, cut crosswise into 1/4-inch slices
- 1/2 cup beef broth
- 1 medium yellow summer squash, cut lenghtwise in half, then cut crosswise into 1/4-inch slices
- 2 cups grape or cherry tomatoes
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh or 1 tbsp dried basil leaves
- 6 green onions, cut into 1/2-inch pieces
- 2 tbsp olive or vegetable oil
Grilled Sea Scallops with Spicy Mango Topper

In a medium bowl, stir together mangoes, lime juice, brown sugar, red pepper, garlic powder, cinnamon and allspice
- Olive Oil
- 8 American Pride all-natural, dry, Grade A sea scallops
- 1 tbsp kosher salt
- 1 tbsp ground black pepper
- Mango topper
- 2 ripe mangoes, peeled, pitted and cut into 1/4-inch dice
- 1/4 cup lime juice
- 2 tbsp brown sugar
- 1/2 tsp crushed red pepper
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp allspice
Asian Peanut Sauce

Heat oil in a saucepan over medium heat
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1 small onion, finely chopped
- 2 garlic cloves, finely chopped
- 1 tbsp minced peeled fresh ginger
- 3/4 cup smooth peanut butter
- 1 cup unsweetened coconut milk
- 1/4 cup chicken stock or water, or more as needed
- 1 tbsp sugar, or more to taste
- 2 tbsp soy sauce, or more to taste
- 1-2 tsp fish sauce (optional)
- 1 tsp malaysian chili sauce, sambal oelek or other Asian chili paste
- 1/2 tsp freshly ground black pepper
Cream Cheese Mints

In a large bowl, combine cream cheese, butter and confectioners sugar
- 1 3 ounce package cream cheese, softened
- 1 tbsp butter, softened
- 3 cups confectioners' sugar
- 2 drops peppermint oil
- any food coloring paste (optional)
Baked Onion Chicken

Crush the soup mix in the envelope with a rolling pin
- 1 envelope (about 1 ounce) dry onion soup and recipe mix
- 2/3 cup dry bread crumbs or cracker crumbs
- 1/8 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1 egg or 2 egg whites
- 2 tablespoons water
- 6 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves or 12 skinless, boneless chicken thighs (about 1 1/2 pounds)
- 2 tablespoons butter, melted
Ham and Cheese Ziti

1. Heat oven to 350F. Cook and drain pasta as directed on package 2
- 1 16oz package ziti pasta
- 1/2 c butter
- 2 cloves garlic, chopped
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp salt
- 4 cups milk
- 1 tsp dijon mustard
- 4 cups shredded colby cheese (160z)
- 8oz sliced cooked deli ham, cut into strips
- 2/3 cup grated parm cheese
Shrimp and Cashew Curry

Melt butter in a 2-quart saute pan over medium heat
- 2 tbsp butter
- 3 tbsp curry powder
- 1/4 cup finely chopped onion
- 1/4 cup finely chopped chopped celery
- 1/4 cup finely chopped red or green bell pepper
- 1/4 tsp grated nutmeg
- 1 cup white wine
- 1 cup papaya nectar
- 1 pound raw shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1 pound whole fancy cashews
