Devilishly Good Eggs

Cut eggs lengthwise in half
- 6 hard-cooked eggs, peeled
- 1/4 C mayo
- 2 tbsp bacon bits
- 2 tsp lemon juice
- 1 1/2 tsp worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp mustard
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/8 tsp salt
- paprika, sprinkled on finished eggs
Citrus Honey Chicken Kabobs

Cut chicken into 3/4 inch cubes
- 1/2 cup real lemon juice
- 1/4 cup real lime juice
- 1/2 cup orange juice
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1 tsp salt
- 2 lbs skinless, boneless chicken breasts
- 4 to 6 metal barbeque skewers
Greek Chicken Pita Pockets

1. Heat grill. Wrap pita pockets in foil 2
- 1 (14 oz)pkg extra tender boneless skinnless chicken breast tenders
- 1/2 c plain yogurt
- 1/2 c chopped tomato
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 4 pita pockets, halved
- 1/2 c chopped cucumber

Heat water, butter and salt to rolling boil in medium saucepan
- 1 cup water
- 1/2 cup butter or margarine
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 cup unsifted all-purpose flour

Whisk lime juice and honey in a medium resealable container until well combined
- 6 tbsp lime juice
- 2 tbs honey
- 4 cups 1/4-inch cubes whole or fresh sliced mangoes
- 3 cups 1/4-inch unpeeled hothouse (english) cucumber cubes.
- 1 1/3 cups minced red onion
- 2 tbsp minced and seeded green jalepeno pepper.
Cheesy Bean Dip

Mix all ingredients in microwavable bowl
- 1 lb (16oz) mexican velveeta
- 1 can (16oz) refried beans
- 1/2 cup thick'n chunky salsa
EZ Calzones

Preheat oven to 350 Roll pizza dough out and make it a flat rectangle
- 1 tube refrigerated pizza dough (i use thin crust one)
- 2 cups mozzarella cheese (or any other cheese you wish)
- 32 about 32 turkey pepperoni slices (gross, I use real pepperoni)
Parmesan Portobello Pasta

1. Cook pasta according to package directions
- 1 lb bowtie pasta
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 lb portobello mushrooms, cut into bite size pieces
- 1 red bell pepper, seeded and cut into 1/2 inch pieces
- 1 medium zucchini, sliced 1/4 inch thick
- 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 1 tbsp red wine vinegar
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
