Slow Cooker Short Rib Tacos

Place short ribs in slow cooker and season with 2 tbsp Arizona Dreaming or taco seasoning of your choice and salt
- 2 lbs. beef short ribs
- 3 tbsp Arizona Dreaming or taco seasoning
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 large onion, diced
- 8 taco-sized flour tortillas
- Shredded lettuce
- Shredded cheese
- Sour cream
- Salsa
Lentil and Beef Soup

Sear stew meat in hot pan with 1 Tbsp oil, salt and pepper
- 1 cup dried lentils, soak 2 hours, rinse a couple times while soaking
- 1/2 pound stew meat, seared in hot pan, set aside
- 2 cups chopped carrots
- 1/2 white onion
- 3 stalks celery
- 4 cloves garlic
- 2 bay leaves
- 1 tsp oregano
- 1/2 tsp rosemary
- 1-14.5 ounce can petite cut diced tomatoes with olive oil and garlic (plain would work too), undrained
- beef broth to cover, about 6 cups
Pulled Buffalo Chicken Sandwiches with a Celery Blue Cheese Slaw

Start by bringing a medium sauce pan filled 1/2 way with water to a boil
- For the chicken:
- 4 Chicken breasts
- 1 bottle (or 2 1/2 cups) Franks Red Hot Sauce or your favorite buffalo sauce
- 2 tablespoons butter
- For the slaw:
- 1 bag cole slaw (or about 3 cups)
- 2 ribs of celery, coarsely chopped
- 1 cup ranch dressing (or blue cheese)
- 1/4 cup (or more to your liking) blue cheese crumbles
- Hamburger buns for serving
Candy Corn Milkshakes

Take the ice cream out of the freezer and let it soften for about 20-30 minutes
- 1 quart vanilla ice cream
- Orange and yellow food coloring
- Clear plastic or glass cups
- Lightly sweetened whipped cream
- Sprinkles, if desired

- 1/2 pound bacon
- 1 pound cavatappi pasta
- 1/4 cup butter
- 2 large jalapenos or 4 small jalapenos, finely diced
- 1/4 cup flour
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 3 cups milk
- 4 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 5 ounces cream cheese
- 1 cup bread crumbs or crushed Ritz crackers
- 3 tablespoons butter, melted

- * 4 large boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- * 2 teaspoons House Seasoning, recipe follows
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh thyme leaves
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 (9-ounce) packages fresh fettucine
- 2 cups mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup chopped green onions, green part only, plus extra for garnish
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley leaves
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh basil leaves
- 1 teaspoon seasoning salt
- Tomato wedges, for garnish

- 1/4 tsp. kosher salt
- 1/8-1/4 tsp. ground cayenne pepper
