Apple and Herb Pork chops

Mix the herbs, salt and pepper and rub all over the pork
- 4 ) 3/4” thick pork chops (pork sirloins work well too)
- 1/2 teaspoon dried sage
- 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1/2 teaspoon dried rosemary
- 1/2 teaspoon dired marjoram
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1 teaspoon olive oil + 1 teaspoon butter
- 1/2 cup chopped sweet onion
- 3 granny smith apples (peeled, cored and large diced)
- 1/4 cup brown sugar packed (I like dark brown sugar)
- 1/4 cup butter melted
- pinch of red pepper flakes (more if you like more heat)
Slow Cooker Baked Potato Soup

Add potatoes, onion, garlic, seasoning, and chicken stock to slow cooker
- 5 pounds russet potatoes, washed but NOT peeled. Diced into 1/2 inch(ish) cubes
- 1 medium/large yellow onion, diced
- 10 cloves of garlic, minced (if you use jarred, it's a 5 teaspoon equivalent)
- 64 ounces (8 cups) chicken stock or broth
- 16 oz cream cheese, softened (I use low fat)
- 1 tablespoon seasoned salt (I use Aunt Cora's Soulful Seasoning)
- optional garnishes: crumbled bacon, shredded cheese, green onions

Scrambled Green Eggs and Ham

1. Whisk the eggs in a bowl and add the soy milk, diced ham, and green food coloring

- 1/8 cup soy milk (can substitute regular milk)

Jalapeno Popper Stuffed Chicken

Finely (FINELY) dice the jalapenos
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 2 or 3 jalapeno peppers
- 1 8 oz block of cream cheese
- 1 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 1/2 cup bread crumbs (I used Italian Seasoned but you could use regular or Panko too)
Creamy Pork Chops:

Mix the soups and the Italian Seasoning packet together
- 2 cans of cream of mushroom or cream of chicken soup (or one of each)
- 1 packet Italian Dressing Seasoning
- 4 large pork chops
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1/2 onion, quartered
- 1 teaspoon (or more depending on what color you are going for) Kitchen Bouquet

Crust: Heat oven to 350 °
- Crust:
- 20 Oreos, crushed
- 2 Tbsp butter, melted
- 2 Tbsp milk
- Filling:
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 3 1/2 Tbsp cornstarch
- 1/8 tsp salt
- 2 1/2 cups whole milk
- 4 egg yolks
- 2 Tbsp butter
- 2 tsp vanilla
- 3 oz unsweetened chocolate, chopped
- 1/2 cup Mini Reese’s Cups or 1/2 cup chopped full size Reese’s
