Velveeta Mostaccioli

Brown hamburger, drain fat
- 1 1/2 - 2 lb. lean ground beef
- 1 green pepper, diced
- 1 medium onion, diced
- 1 T. minced garlic
- 1 T. basil pesto
- 1 can (28 oz.) diced tomatoes
- 1 can (8 oz.) tomato sauce
- 1 can (6 oz.) tomato paste
- 1 lb. box mostaccioli or penne pasta
- 1lb. block Kraft Velveeta cheese (I only use what it takes to cover about 2 layers in my casserole dish)
Overnight Chicken

In a large bowl, mix the cider vinegar, mustard, garlic, lime juice, lemon juice, brown sugar, salt, and pepper
- 4 chicken breasts
- 1/4 cup cider vinegar
- 3 tablespoons mustard
- 3 minced cloves garlic
- 1 lime, juiced
- 1/2 lemon, juiced
- 3/4 cup brown sugar
- 1 1/2 teaspoons salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 6 tablespoons olive oil

Oven Denver Omelet

Beat eggs and milk until light and fluffy Add cheese, peppers, onion, and parsley
- 8 eggs
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1/4 cup onion, diced (I did more)
- 1/4 cup green bell pepper, diced (I did about 1/2 a large green bell)
- 1 cup ham, cooked and chopped (I got the packaged kind that is by the bacon)
- 1/4 tsp. parsley
Scrumptious Seafood Linguine

Directions Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil
- 2 (9 ounce) packages fresh linguine pasta
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1 clove garlic, chopped
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 pound imitation crabmeat
- 1/2 pound cooked salad shrimp
- 1 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
CUCUMBER CRUNCH

In a large bowl, combine the cucumbers, salt, and ice water
- 2 large cucumbers peeled, sliced
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 3 cups ice water
- 1/4 small red onion chopped
- 1/2 small green bell pepper chopped
- 1/4 cup reduced-fat sour cream
- 1 tablespoon white vinegar
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1/8 teaspoon freshly-ground black pepper
Boston Market Cornbread

1- Preheat oven to 350. 2- Combine all of the dry ingredients, mixing well
- 2 (8.5 oz) boxes Jiffy corn muffin mix
- 1 (18 oz) box butter OR yellow cake mix
- 5 eggs
- 2/3 cup milk
- 1 1/3 cup water
- 1/2 cup butter, softened
Banana “Ice Cream”

Freeze bananas in slices or whole and blend with cocoa until it reaches ice cream consistency
- 4 frozen bananas
- 2 teaspoons unsweetened cocoa powder (more or less to your liking)
Asian Noodle Salad with Beef

Start by mixing all of the dressing ingredients together
- Dressing:
- 1 cup soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon toasted sesame seed oil
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon sesame seeds + additional for topping
- 2 cloves of minced garlic (or about a tablespoon)
- 1/4 teaspoon (or more depending on your taste) red pepper flakes
- 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
- Other Ingredients:
- 1 medium sized sirloin steak
- 1 pound spaghetti
- 1 cup diced carrot
- 1 cup diced celery
- 1 red bell pepper, diced
- 4 green onions, diced
Buffalo Chicken Dip

- 2 large chicken breasts (about 24 oz) cooked and shredded
- 1 package (8 oz) cream cheese
- 1/3 C hot sauce
- 1/2 C ranch
- 2 C shredded cheddar cheese
