  • 1 1/2 - 2 lb. lean ground beef
  • 1 green pepper, diced
  • 1 medium onion, diced
  • 1 T. minced garlic
  • 1 T. basil pesto
  • 1 can (28 oz.) diced tomatoes
  • 1 can (8 oz.) tomato sauce
  • 1 can (6 oz.) tomato paste
  • 1 lb. box mostaccioli or penne pasta
  • 1lb. block Kraft Velveeta cheese (I only use what it takes to cover about 2 layers in my casserole dish)
