SUNDAY PORK ROAST

Place roast on roasting pan
- 1 boneless pork loin or ribeye roast (about 2 pounds)
- 1/3 cup chopped onion
- 1 minced garlic clove (or 1 tsp. garlic powder)
- 1 tsp oil
- 1 can tomato soup, undiluted
- 1/3 cup water
- 2 TBSP brown sugar
- 2 TBSP lemon juice
- 2 TBSP worchestershire sauce
- 2 TBSP dijon mustart
- 1/8 - 1/4 tsp hot pepper sauce
Neely's Homemade Hash Browns

- 2 pounds russet potatoes, peeled and cubed
- 1/2 Vidalia onion
- 3 tablespoons freshly chopped chives, plus more for garnish
- 5 slices Canadian bacon, finely chopped
- Salt and freshly ground black pepper

Gina's Spinach Dip

- 3 tablespoons butter
- 1 shallot, finely chopped
- 1 clove garlic, chopped
- 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
- 1 (10-ounce) box frozen chopped spinach, thawed, drained and squeezed dry
- 1 (8-ounce) jar artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
- 1 (10-ounce) can diced tomatoes with green chiles (recommended: Rotel)
- 1 cup shredded 4 cheese blend
- Tortilla chips and cut vegetables, for serving
Copycat IHOP Pancakes

Mix dry ingredients in a medium bowl
- 1 1/4 cup flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- pinch of salt
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1 1/4 cup buttermilk (I used regular milk with 1 tablespoon + 1/2 teaspoon vinegar as a substitute)
- 2 tablespoons melted butter
- 1/4 cup sugar
HOT SAUSAGE DIP

Brown the sausage; drain fat
- 1 lb. pork sausage, mild (use your favorite kind)
- 2 - 8 ozs. pkgs. cream cheese, room temperature
- (or use half Velveeta)
- 1 can Rotel tomatoes with green chilies, mild or hot
- (or use 1 c. salsa if preferred)

First, preheat the oven to 350°F
- 24 chicken wing drumettes (about 2-1/2 lb/1 kg)
- 1 cup grated Parmesan
- 2 tbsp dried parsley
- 1 tbsp dried leaf oregano
- 2 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 1/3 About 1/3 cup melted butter

- 1 cup thawed COOL WHIP Whipped Topping
- 24 NILLA Wafers
- 1 (7 ounce) tub BAKER'S Milk Chocolate Dipping Chocolate

- 1/2 cup PLANTERS COCKTAIL Peanuts, chopped
JALEPENO BACON AND CHEESE STUFFED MUSHROOMS

In a small bowl, combine the panko bread crumbs with the melted butter
- 12 whole Mushrooms, Large
- 1/4 cups Panko Bread Crumbs
- 1 Tablespoon Butter
- 3 slices Thick Cut Bacon, Chopped
- 1 whole Jalapeno, Minced
- 1/4 cups Diced Yellow Onion
- 1 clove Garlic, Minced
- 1 ounce, weight Cream Cheese
- 2 ounces, weight Cheddar Cheese
- 1/4 teaspoons Salt
- 1/4 teaspoons Fresh Ground Pepper
BROWN BUTTER BROWNIES

Position rack in bottom third of oven; preheat to 325°F
- My Notes: I added only 1/2 cup of unsweetened cocoa powder, and only 1 teaspoon of water.
