If you haven't done so already, cook egg noodles and drain well

  • 1 (12 oz.) package egg noodles, cooked & drained
  • 2 (10 oz.) cans chunk chicken breast, drained

  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 cup water
  • 1/2 onion, finely diced
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 1/2 cups frozen peas and carrots
  • 1 cup panko bread crumbs
  • 1 stick butter, melted
  • I'm using a three cheese blend here. It has mozzarella, colby and monterey jack.

  • 2 large bunches of collard greens, cleaned rinsed and chopped
  • 2 pounds smoked meat (ham hocks,smoked turkey legs, wings, or smoked neck bones)

  • 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon of butter
  • Remnants of leftover ham
  • Additional chicken broth, if needed
  • 1 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
