Pineapple Sauce for Ham

Combine water, sugar, ketchup, soy sauce, mustard and pineapple in saucepan
- 1/4 cup water
- 1-1/2 cups brown sugar
- 1-1/2 tablespoons ketchup
- 1-1/2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1-1/2 teaspoons ground mustard
- 1-1/2 cups crushed pineapple, undrained
- 2-1/4 tablespoons cornstarch
- 1/2 cup water
Symon's Meatballs

Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a skillet set over medium heat
- 1 tablespoon extra-virgin olive oil, plus 1/4 cup
- 1/2 cup grated onion
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup diced day-old bread, soaked in milk
- 1 pound ground beef or lamb
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon fresh oregano
- 1/4 teaspoon ground coriander
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1/8 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- Pinch nutmeg
- Grated zest of 1 lemon
- Salt and freshly ground black pepper
- Flour, for dusting
- 12 lemon wedges
- Mint leaves
BBQ Rub

Blend well, cover and store
- 3 cups paprika
- 2 cups sugar
- 2 cups garlic powder
- 1 cup salt
- 1 cup onion powder
- 1 cup seasoned salt (recommended: Lowery's)
- 1/2 cup chili powder
- 1/2 cup black pepper
Pancakes: Ann's Potato Pancakes

- 8 8 8 Yukon gold potatoes
- 2 to 3 2 to 3 3 tablespoons white wine vinegar
- 1 1 1 clove garlic, smashed
- Kosher salt

- to 200 oven to 200 degrees F.

- 1 jar (7 ounces) marshmallow creme

David's Classic Holiday Eggnog

In a 5—5-1/2 qt. stockpot, beat together eggs, sugar, and salt until the eggs are pale yellow in color
- 6 eggs
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 4 cups whole milk
- 2/3 cup of your favorite whiskey (optional)
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- Whipped cream
- Fresh nutmeg
- Cinnamon stick

Preheat oven to 375 degrees F
- Topping:
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 1/4 teaspoons salt
- 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 1/2 cup chopped bell pepper
- 1 egg, lightly beaten
- 8 ounces canned diced tomatoes with juice
- 1/2 cup quick-cooking oats
- 1/3 cup ketchup
