1. Preheat oven to 325 degrees
- 2 tablespoons sugar-free raspberry jam
- 3/4 cup frozen unsweetened raspberries, thawed
- 2/3 cup plus 1 tablespoon granulated no-calorie sweetener (liek Splenda)
- 6 tablespoons margarine or butter, softened
- 2/3 cup granulated sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 2 large egg whites
- 1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 1 1/2 teaspoon lemon zest
- 2 1/4 cups cake flour
- 3/4 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- 3/4 cup light sour cream
- 2 teaspoons powdered sugar
Beef: Beef Stew

1. Layer potatoes, then carrots on bottom of liner
- 6 potatoes, cut in cubes
- 6 carrots, pare and cut into 2" pieces
- 3 pounds beef stew meat, cut into 1 1/2" cubes
- 1/3 cup soy sauce
- 2 cubes beef bouillon
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1/3 teaspoon black pepper
- 3 tablespoons flour
- 1 12-ounce package onions, frozen, chopped
- 1 cup beef broth, condensed
- 1 8-ounce can tomato sauce

- cups reduced-fat baking mix (like Bisquick Heart Smart)
- 1/2 teaspoon Old Bay seasoning
- 2/3 cup shredded reduced-fat sharp cheddar cheese
- 3/4 cup low-fat buttermilk
- 2 tablespoons butter, melted
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

Preheat the oven to 450 degrees F
- 1 to 2 sweet potatoes, washed and dried (1 large or 2 small)
- 2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
