Neely's Buttermilk Cupcakes

- 1 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 2 large eggs
- 2 larges yolks
- 1 cup sugar
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 3/4 cup unsalted butter melted
- 2 teaspoons pure vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup buttermilk
Matteo's Bbq Sauce

Add all the puree ingredients to a blender and blend until a puree forms
- Puree:
- 1/2 cup fresh blueberries
- 1/2 cup cran-raisins
- 1 cup brewed coffee
- 4 cloves garlic
- 1 dried ancho chile, reconstituted in hot coffee
- 1/2 red onion, diced and sauteed
- 1 chipotle chile
- Spice mix:
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 4 cups ketchup
- 1 tablespoon freshly ground black pepper
- 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
- 1/2 cup red wine
- 1/2 cup brewed coffee
Pineapple BBQ Ribs

- 2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 1/2 cup red wine

- 4 teaspoons kosher salt

- 1 teaspoon powdered chicken bouillon
- 2 teaspoons fresh ginger, minced
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 2 small bunches bok choy, split (or broccoli)
- 1 green onion, finely sliced
