Heat oven to 375ºF. Spray bottom only of 8-inch square pan with cooking spray
- Apple Crisp:
- 4 medium tart apples, chopped (about 4 cups)
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1/4 cup packed brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/2 cup butterscotch schnapps
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
- 1 pouch (1 lb 1.5 oz) Betty Crocker oatmeal cookie mix
- Cream Layer and Topping:
- 1 cup whipping cream
- 1 tablespoon butterscotch schnapps
- 1 tablespoon powdered sugar
- caramel topping, if desired
Slow Cooker Italian Sausage and White Beans

Cut sausages diagonally into ½-inch-thick slices
- 2 packages (12 oz each) garlic and artichoke sausages or cooked kielbasa sausages
- 3 cans (15 oz each) great northern beans
- 1 can (14.5 oz) petite diced tomatoes, undrained
- 1 cup frozen chopped onions, thawed
- 1 cup red wine or Progresso beef flavored broth
- 1/3 cup crumbled cooked bacon
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1 teaspoon finely chopped garlic
- 1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
- salt and ground black pepper
3-Cheese Pasta Bake

Mix soup, cheese, milk and pepper in a 1½ quart casserole
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 cup shredded two-cheese blend
- 1/3 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1 cup milk
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 4 cups cooked corkscrew pasta
Philly Cheese Steak Casserole

Heat oven to 350°F. Spray an 8-inch square glass baking dish with cooking spray
- 1 1/2 cups uncooked wide egg noodles, cook as directed on pkg + drain
- 1/2 lb beef boneless sirloin steak, about 3/4-inch thick
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1 medium onion, chopped (1/2 cup)
- 1/2 small green bell pepper, chopped (1/4 cup)
- 3/4 cups Progresso beef flavored broth (from 32-oz carton)
- 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
- 1/4 cup half-and-half
- 2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
- 1/3 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
Fettuccine with Asiago and Thyme, Creamy Baked

Preheat the oven to 375°F
- 1 pound fettuccine pasta
- 2 cups grated Asiago cheese, plus 1/4 cup
- 2 (8 oz) containers creme fraiche
- 1 cup grated Parmesan
- 1 1/2 tablespoons fresh chopped thyme leaves
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
Chopsticks Tuna Casserole

Combine soup and water. Add ½ of the chow mein noodles, tuna, celery, cashews, onion and black pepper
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1/4 cup water
- 1 (3 oz) can chow mein noodles (2 cups)
- 1 (6 oz) can tuna, drained
- 1 cup celery, sliced
- 1/2 cup salted, roasted cashews
- 1/4 cup chopped onion
- dash of black pepper
Creamy Scallops with Angel Hair Pasta

Place cooked pasta in large serving bowl; set aside
- 8 oz uncooked angel hair pasta, cook according to pkg + drain
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 3/4 lb fresh or frozen small scallops, thawed, drained
- 2 medium tomatoes, peeled, seeded and diced
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
- 1 cup whipping cream
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh oregano or 1 teaspoon dried oregano leaves
- 1 cup crumbled feta cheese
Slow Cooker Meatball and Gravy Sandwiches

Place onions in 3½ to 4-quart slow cooker
- 2 medium onions, sliced
- 2 packages (12 ozs each) frozen cooked Swedish-style meatballs
- 2 jars (12 ozs each) beef gravy
- 1 teaspoon ground nutmeg
- 8 hoagie buns (about 7 inches long)
Popcorn, Southwestern Cheese

- 30 cups popcorn, freshly popped

- 1 pkg macaroni and cheese topping powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 3/4 teaspoon ground cumin
- 2 teaspoon chili powder
- 1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper
