Chocolate Banana Cupcakes with Peanut Butter Frosting

Heat oven to 325°F. Place 24 paper baking cups in muffin pans
- Cupcakes:
- 2 large eggs, at room temperature
- 1 cup mashed bananas (about 2 large bananas)
- 1/3 cup Crisco Pure Vegetable Oil
- 2/3 cup water
- 1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 2 cups Hungry Jack Original Pancake & Waffle Mix
- 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- Peanut Butter Frosting:
- 3/4 cup Pillsbury Vanilla Frosting, (about 1/2 tub)
- 1/3 cup Jif Creamy Peanut Butter
- 1 tablespoon milk

Pre-Heat oven to 375ºF. Mix first 5 ingredients until well blended
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1 container (15 oz) Polly-O Original Ricotta Cheese
- 2 cups Kraft Shredded Italian Three Cheese Blend
- 4 green onions, chopped
- 1 tablespoon Italian seasoning
- 1 jar (26 oz) spaghetti sauce, divided
- 16 lasagna noodles, cooked
- 1/4 cup Kraft Grated Parmesan Cheese

Prepare and bake brownie mix in a greased 13×9-inch baking pan according to package directions
- 1 (19 1/2 oz) package brownie mix
- 1/2 cup water (refer to brownie package)
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil (refer to brownie package)
- 1 egg (refer to brownie package)
- 2 cups powdered sugar
- 1/2 cup butter, softened
- 6 tablespoons butter, softened
- 1 (8 oz) jar creamy peanut butter
- 1 (6 oz) package semi-sweet chocolate chips

- 1 3/4 cups Swanson Beef Broth or Swanson Beef Stock
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon packed brown sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder or 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1 pound boneless pork loin, cut into 1-inch cubes
- 12 medium mushrooms
- 1 large red onion, cut into 12 wedges
- 4 cherry tomatoes
- 1 cup long-grain white rice, cooked according to pkg directions (abt 3 cups)

- 1 pound ground pork
- 1 pound cooked rice

- 1 large can crushed tomatoes

Bacon Jam

In a saucepan render the bacon over medium-high heat until about 75% cooked
- 2 pounds bacon, cut into 1 inch pieces
- 2 large yellow onions, julienned
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 4 tablespoons chopped garlic
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp nutmeg
- 1 tsp cayenne pepper
- 1 cup brewed coffee
- 1/2 cup sherry vinegar
- 1 cup bourbon
- 1/2 cup maple syrup
- 3/4 cup ketchup
Fried Dill Pickles

Combine first 5 ingredients, stirring well
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1 cup milk
- 1 tablespoon flour
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 6 drops hot sauce
- 3/4 teaspoon salt
- 3/4 teaspoon pepper
- 3 1/2 cups flour
- 1 quart sliced dill pickles
- oil for deep frying

These are made with biscuits and are delish!
- Biscuits:
- 1 can (10.2 oz) Pillsbury Grands! refrigerated buttermilk biscuits (5 biscuits) (I use the frozen Grands baked according to pkg directions)
- 2 tablespoons butter, melted
- 1/4 cup sugar
- Strawberry Mixture:
- 1 1/2 pints (3 cups) fresh strawberries, sliced
- 1/3 cup sugar
- Whipped Cream:
- 1/2 cup whipping cream
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon vanilla, if desired

- 1 can (18.5 oz) Progresso Rich & Hearty beef pot roast with country vegetables soup
- 1/2 cup stout beer
- 3/4 cup plain mashed potato mix (dry)
- 1 box Pillsbury refrigerated pie crusts, softened as directed on box
- 2 cups prepared mashed potatoes
- 1 egg, beaten
- 2 fresh rosemary or thyme sprigs, if desired
