Chopsticks Tuna Casserole

  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1 (3 oz) can chow mein noodles (2 cups)
  • 1 (6 oz) can tuna, drained
  • 1 cup celery, sliced
  • 1/2 cup salted, roasted cashews
  • 1/4 cup chopped onion
  • dash of black pepper


Servings 4


Step 1

Combine soup and water. Add ½ of the chow mein noodles, tuna, celery, cashews, onion and black pepper. Toss lightly. Place in a 10x 6x1½-inch or equivalent size ungreased casserole. Sprinkle remaining chow mein noodles over top. Bake at 375°F for 15 to 20 minutes.
