  • 1 c. cottage cheese (small curd but large curd would be okay too)
  • 1 c. sour cream
  • 3 c. drained hot boiled noodles (5-6 oz. uncooked)
  • grated onion, to taste
  • Worcestershire, to taste
  • dash of Tabasco
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • grated cheese (optional - any kind of cheese you like is okay, but a yellow colored cheese gives the dish a little color and a medium cheddar gives it a little zap of flavor)
