cream til light and fluffy - oleo, sugar
- 3/4 cup - oleo
- 2 1/4 cups - sugar
- 1 1/2 tsp vanilla
- 3 - eggs
- 1 1/2 cups - mashed bananas
- 3 cups - flour
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 3/4 tsp salt
- 1/3 cup buttermilk ( 1 Tbsp & 1 cup milk = buttermilk)
- alternate w/flour and 1 cup chopped nuts
Applesauce Raisin Bread

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C)
- 1 1/2 * 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 1/2 * 1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1/2 * 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 1/2 * 1 1/2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
- 1 * 1 cup quick cooking oats
- 3/4 * 3/4 cup packed brown sugar
- 3/4 * 3/4 cup raisins
- 1 1/4 * 1 1/4 cups applesauce
- 1/3 * 1/3 cup vegetable oil
- 2 * 2 eggs, beaten
- 1/4 * 1/4 cup milk
- 1/4 * 1/4 cup apple juice
Apple Coffee Cake

Preheat oven to 325°. All ingredients should be room temp
- Topping:
- 1 cup - butter, softened
- 2 cups - sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp. - vanilla
- 8 oz - sour cream
- 2 cups - flour
- 1/2 tsp. - salt
- 1 tsp. - baking powder
- 1 cup cooking apple, pared and sliced (1 large apple)
- 1 cup - nuts, finely chopped
- 5 tbsp. - brown sugar
- 1 tsp. - cinnamon
