Mae Regan's Lemon Bread

- Glaze:
- 6 Tbsp margarine
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 1/2 cups flour
- 2 tsp. baking powder
- 1/2 cup milk
- finely grated rind of 1 lemon
- 1/2 cup walnuts, ground fine (optional)
- 1/3 cup confectioners' sugar
- Juice from 1 lemon
Frosty Orange Cooler

In pitcher, combine water, juice concentrate, lemon and sugar
- 4 cups cold water
- 1 (6 oz) can frozen orange juice concentrate
- 1/2 cup lemon juice
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 2 (12 oz) cans ginger ale, chilled
- orange sherbet
Apple Fritters

Mix flour and baking powder; set aside
- 1/2 cup flour
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1/3 cup beer
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1 tsp - sugar
- 1/2 cup plus 1/2 tsp oil divided
- 2 large cooking apples, peeled, cored and cut into 1/2 inch thick rings.
- (confectioners sugar, optional)
Sour Cream Coffee Cake

- Cake:
- 1/2 c. - shortening
- 3 - eggs
- 3/4 c. - sugar
- 1 tsp. - vanilla
- 1/2 pint - sour cream
- 2 c. - flour
- 1 tsp. - baking powder
- 1 tsp. - baking soda
- Topping:
- 1 c. - brown sugar
- 5 Tbsp. soft butter
- 1 c. - chopped nuts
- 2 tsp. cinnamon

- 1/2 tsp. garlic salt

- 2 cups unsifted flour
- 1/4 cup instant non fat dried milk
- 3 tbsp sugar
- 3 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 egg
- 1 cup water
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
- 1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
New England Blueberry Coffee Cake

In large bowl mix flour, sugar, baking powder, cinnamon
- Topping:
- 1 1/2 c. flour
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1 Tbsp. baking powder
- 1 Tbsp. cinnamon
- 1 1/2 c. fresh blueberries
- 1 egg
- 1/2 c. milk
- 1/4 c. melted margarine
- 1/4 c. melt margarine
- 3/4 c. brown sugar
- 1 Tbsp. flour
Crock-Pot Beef Stroganoff

Combine the soups and stew beef in a crock-pot or casserole dish
- 1 can French Onion Soup
- 1 can Cream of Mushroom Soup
- 1 to 1 1/2 lb. stew beef
- 1 c. sour cream
- rice or noodles
Sausage Potatoe Casserole

Brown sausage. Drain well
- 1 or 1 1/2 lb. ground sausage of your choice
- 28 oz. bag of shredded hash brown potatoes
- 16 oz. shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 or 2 cans cream of mushroom soup
- 1/2 c. finely chopped onion
- 8 oz. sour cream
