A simple skillet meal that is full of flavor but low in calories and fat
- 2 Tbsp. KRAFT Light Zesty Italian Dressing
- 1 lb. pork tenderloin, cut into strips
- 1 env. TACO BELL® HOME ORIGINALS® Taco Seasoning Mix, divided
- 1 cup each red and green pepper strips and zucchini slices
- 2 cups instant brown rice, uncooked
- 1-3/4 cups water
- 1/2 cup KRAFT 2% Milk Cheddar Cheese
Cinnamon Roll Coffee Cakes

* In a large bowl, dissolve yeast in warm water
- FILLING:
- 2 * 2 packages (1/4 ounce each) active dry yeast
- 1/3 * 1/3 cup warm water (110° to 115°)
- 1 * 1 cup warm milk (110° to 115°)
- 1 * 1 cup butter, melted
- 2 * 2 eggs, beaten
- 1/2 * 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 * 1 teaspoon salt
- 5-1/2 * 5-1/2 to 6-1/4 cups all-purpose flour

- 1 * 1 cup butter, softened
- 1/2 * 1/2 cup packed brown sugar
- 1 * 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
- 1-1/2 * 1-1/2 cups chopped pecans

- ICING:
- 1-1/2 * 1-1/2 cups confectioners' sugar
- 1/2 * 1/2 teaspoon Spice Island® Pure Vanilla Extract
- 2 to 3 * 2 to 3 tablespoons milk
Cheddar Quick Bread

Mix: dry ingredients; cut butter until mixture resembles coarse crumbs
- 2 cups - flour
- 1 Tbsp - sugar
- 1-1/2 tsp - Baking Powder
- 1/2 tsp. - Salt
- 1/4 cup (1/2 stick) - butter or margarine
- 2 cups - shredded sharp cheddar cheese
- 1 cup - milk
- 1 - egg, beaten
Creamy White Chili

- 1 pound boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into 1/2-inch cubes
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1-1/2 teaspoons garlic powder
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 2 cans (15-1/2 ounces each) great northern beans, rinsed and drained
- 1 can (14-1/2 ounces) Chicken Broth
- 2 cans (4 ounces each) chopped green chilies
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1 cup (8 ounces) sour cream
- 1/2 cup heavy whipping cream
