One Pot Garden Chicken and Noodles

In 5 qt saucepan over medium heat, melt butter; add chicken and onion
- 2 T margarine
- 3/4 Lb boneless skinless chicken breast cut into 3/4 inch pieces
- 1/3 C onion, finely chopped
- 1 C low sodium chicken broth 14 1/2
- 1/2 Pkg No Yolks broad egg noodles, uncooked 6 oz
- 1 pkg frozen peas and carrots 10 oz
- 1 Can condensed cream of chicken or mushroom soup
- 3/4 C 2% milk
- 3/4 C grated Parmesan cheese, divided
- 1 Jar chopped pimiento, drained (optional)

- 1 cup elbow macaroni, uncooked
- 1/2 lb. fresh green beans, trimmed, halved
- 1 can (15-1/2 oz.) kidney beans, rinsed
- 1 can (15-1/2 oz.) great Northern beans, rinsed
- 1 green pepper, chopped
- 3/4 cup chopped red onions
- 1/2 cup KRAFT Real Mayo Mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup KRAFT Zesty Italian Dressing
- 2 Tbsp. chopped fresh dill

Mix cream cheese, beef and green onions with a mixer until blended
- 1 pkg flour tortillas (med or large size)
- 2 pkgs cream cheese, softened
- 2 pkgs Carl Buddig Smoked Beef (or store brand), chopped fine
- 3 - 4 green onions, chopped fine
- several dashes Franks's Red Hot Sauce (less, if using another brand that's hotter)
Island Pineapple Jello Salad

- 8 ounces low fat cottage cheese
- 8 ounces Cool Whip light
- 1 small box sugar free orange jello, any flavor of your choice

COPYCAT RECIPE
- 1-1 1/2 pounds lean ground beef
- 1 small onion, diced
- 2-3 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 packet Taco Bell Taco Seasoning (or make YOUR OWN)
- Salt and Pepper to taste
- 1 15 ounce can Fat-Free refried beans (I love the old El Paso spicy ones!), warmed
- Salsa or taco sauce, your choice, we buy the Taco Bell Taco Sauce in a bottle
- 8 - 9 " flour tortillas, soft taco size
- 2 cups Shredded Mexican Cheese, divided
- tops of 4 Green Onions, sliced
- 4 Roma sized tomatoes, diced
- Sliced black olives (optional)
- Non-Stick Cooking Spray

The raspberry bar game has been raised with a graham cracker crust, chopped walnuts and drizzled with chocolate!
- 1 2/3 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
- 2 2/3 cups coconut, flaked
- 1 (14-ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
- 1 cup seedless raspberry preserves
- 1/3 cup walnuts, toasted and chopped
- 1/2 cup semisweet chocolate chips
- 1/4 cup white baking chips
Strawberry Cream Cheese Crumble Tart

Set racks in the upper and lower thirds of the oven and preheat to 350F
- 1 1/4 cups all-purpose flour (for topping)
- 1 pound cream cheese, softened (for filling)
- 1/3 cup sugar (for topping)
- 1 cup confectioners' sugar (for filling)
- 1/4 teaspoon baking powder (for topping)
- 1 teaspoon finely grated lemon zest (for filling)
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon (for topping)
- 1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract (for filling)
- 1/8 teaspoon salt (for topping)
- 1 pound strawberries, rinsed, hulled, and halved or quartered if large, or left whole if very small (reserve 1 perfect whole berry) (for filling)
- 1/4 cup slivered or whole blanched almonds, coarsely chopped into 1/4-inch pieces (for topping)
- Confectioners' sugar in a shaker, for finishing
- 8 tablespoons (1 stick) unsalted butter, melted (for topping)
- 1 unbaked Cookie Dough Tart Crust, prepared up to the end of step 9
Ranch Dressing

- 2 cloves garlic
- 1/2 t. salt
- 1/4 to 1/3 c. buttermilk
- 1 c. mayonaise (not miracle whip)
- 2 T. flat leaf parsley minced
- 2 T. minced fresh chives
- 1 scallion minced
- 1 t. white wine vinegar
- fresh pepper to taste
