In a large saucepan add 3 tablespoons olive oil saute meat 4 minutes on each side
- 2 lbs stew beef cut into chunks
- 1 28 ounce can whole tomatoes put in food processor pulse till chunky
- 1 small can of tomato sauce 4 oz
- 2 tablespoons tomato paste
- 3 cloves minced garlic
- 2 zucchini's chopped in chunks
- 2 cups peas
- 2 large chopped bell peppers
- 1 medium onion chopped fine
- 1 cup sliced mushrooms
- 4 potatoes peeled and cubed
- Other options would be: celery, corn, and finger carrots

Pork Roast Marsala

- 1 tablespoon canola or vegetable oil
- 1 (3-pound) center-cut single pork loin, trimmed
- 8 ounces fresh mushrooms, chopped (about 3 cups)
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 teaspoons minced garlic
- 1 (10 1/2 ounce) can condensed chicken broth
- 3/4 cup Marsala wine
- 1 small tomato, chopped
- 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1/4 cup water
- 2 tablespoons cornstarch
Strawberry Cake

Add cake mix to a large mixing bowl
- 1 - 18 oz package Strawberry Cake mix
- 1 1/3 - cups Strawberry Soda
- (strawberry soda is substituted for the amount of water on the cake mix)

- 1/3 cup vegetable oil
- 2 - 8 oz tubs Plain or Strawberry Flavored Cool Whip
- 1 – 2 lbs Fresh Strawberries (Sliced)
