Pineanna Nut Cake

Excellent cake
- Cream Cheese Frosting:
- 3 1/3 C Cake Flour
- 2 C sugar
- 1 t baking soda
- 1 t salt
- 1 t ground cinnamon
- 1 C vegetable oil
- 3 Eggs, slightly beaten
- 2 C chopped ripe bananas about 4 medium
- 1 C chopped pecans
- 1 1/2 t vanilla
- 1 Can 8 ozs crushed pineapple in juice, undrained
- 1 pkg 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 C butter or margarine softened
- 1 pkg confectioners sugar about 3 1/2 cups
- 1 t vanilla
- 1/2 C chopped pecans
Pepper Steak

Brown meat and season then drain
- 2 Lb Flank Steak or Round Steak
- 1 Onion chopped
- 1 Lg can tomatoes
- 1/4 C Soy sauce
- 1/4 t sugar
- 1 T corn starch or flour
- 1 C Green Pepper strips
Tuscan Tilapia

HEAT oil in large nonstick skillet on medium heat
- 1/4 tsp.
- black pepper
- 1 tub (10 oz.)
- PHILADELPHIA Tomato & Basil Cooking Creme
- 1 cup
- frozen peas
- 2 cups
- hot cooked long-grain white rice
Chicken Strips Italiano with Linguine

1 Cook linguine as directed on package; drain
- 4 oz uncooked linguine
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup Progresso® Italian style bread crumbs
- 1/4 cup Italian dressing
- 1/2 lb boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into 1-inch-thick strips
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 1 cup tomato pasta sauce
- Chopped fresh parsley, if desired
Onion Strings

In a medium bowl, combine flour, salt, and pepper; mix well
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 1/2 teaspoons salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1 cup vegetable oil
- 1 large onion, thinly sliced and separated into rings
Blueberry Refrigerator Pie

HEAT oven to 350°F. RESERVE 1 Tbsp
- 7 Tbsp. butter, divided
- 50 NILLA Wafers, finely crushed (about 1-1/2 cups)
- 4 cups fresh blueberries, divided
- 1/2 cup plus 1 Tbsp. sugar, divided
- 3/4 cup cold water, divided
- 2 Tbsp. cornstarch
- Zest and juice of 1 lemon, divided
- 3/4 cup boiling water
- 1 pkg. (3 oz.) JELL-O Lemon Flavor Gelatin
- Ice cubes
- 1 tub (8 oz.) COOL WHIP Whipped Topping, thawed, divided
Baked Spaghetti

Preheat oven to 350. Cook noodles in boiling water; drain
- 5 1/3 ounces thin spaghetti
- 2/3 lb ground beef
- 2/3 teaspoon minced garlic
- 1 (17 1/3 ounce) can spaghetti sauce
- 1 1/3 cups finely shredded mild cheddar cheese
- 2/3 tablespoon oregano
Slow Cooker Pot Roast and Vegetables

1 Spray 3 1/2- to 4-quart slow cooker with cooking spray
- 4 6 potatoes, peeled, each cut into 6 pieces
- 4 1-inch carrots, cut into 1-inch pieces
- 1 large onion, thinly sliced
- 1 dried bay leaf
- 1 tablespoon all-purpose flour
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
- 1 1/2 1/2 4 steak, 1/2 inch thick (1 1/2 lb), cut into 4 serving pieces
- 1 3/4 32-oz Progresso® beef-flavored broth (from 32-oz carton)
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 2 tablespoons cornstarch

- 1 box yellow cake mix
- 3 eggs
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup (1 stick) butter, melted
- 4 cups (1 lb) powdered sugar

- 1/8 tsp salt
- 1 T olive oil
- 1/3 Cup baby carrots
- 1 1/4 large potatoes, cubed
- 1 tsp dried parsley
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 2 ?3 C boiling water
- 3/8 pkg dry onion soup mix
- 1 T butter
- 1 onion sliced
- 1 T 1 tsp red wine
- 1 T 1 tsp warm water
- 2 tsp flour
- 1 T 4 tsp flour
