  • cook either:
  • 2 2 2 English muffins
  • 3 3 3 tbsp of canned pizza sauce
  • 1 1 1 tbsp of barbecue sauce
  • 2 2 2 tsp of Parmesan cheese, divided
  • Freshly ground black pepper
  • Topping Suggestions
  • Chopped pepperoni slices
  • Seeded and diced red bell pepper
  • Seeded and diced green bell pepper
  • Shredded marble cheese

  • to English muffins in half horizontally. Place in a toaster to lightly toast each half. Remove from toaster and place cut side up.
  • 1 1/2 small bowl mix together pizza sauce and barbecue sauce. Using a spoon, evenly spread 1 tbsp of sauce over the top of each English muffin half. Sprinkle each with 1/2 tsp of Parmesan cheese followed by a pinch or two of black pepper.
  • Top each mini pizza with desired amount of chopped pepperoni, red pepper and green pepper or use your own favorite toppings. Sprinkle desired amount of cheese on top.
  • 20 pizzas in the microwave and cook until cheese is melted, about 20 seconds
  • Or
  • Place mini pizzas on a baking sheet and broil in the oven (or toaster oven) until cheese is melted. (I personally prefer this method because it keeps the bread crunchy and it slightly browns the cheese)
