Oriental Cole Slaw

Mix together cabbage, green pepper and onion together Dressing: Mix together all dressing ingredients and add t
- 1/2 head of cabbage or 1 bag of shredded cabbage
- 1 green pepper chopped
- 1/2 med onion chopped
- DRESSING
- 1/2 C salad oil
- 6 T Vinegar
- 3 T sugar
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- Use flavor packet from Raman for dressing
- Top of slaw
- 1/4 C almonds
- 1/4 C Sunflower seeds
- 1 Pkg of Raman noodles
Sauerkraut & Yellow Split Peas

- 1 32 oz jar or can of Franks sauerkraut
- 1/2 of 1 lb pkg of yellow split peas (approx. 1/1/4 cup)
- 1/2 lb of bacon (12 slices)
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- Black pepper
- Salt (optional)
Gooey Potatoes

Preheat oven to 350 degrees
- 1 (2lb) bag of frozen cubed hash browns (I have used shredded too. It's just personal preference.)
- 2 cups sour cream
- 2 cups shredded sharp cheese, + 1/2 cup for topping
- 2 cans cream of chicken soup
- Small bunch of green onions, sliced
- Corn flakes

- Crust/Topping:
- 2 C old fashioned oats
- 2 C flour
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 3/4 C unsalted butter, softened
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/3 C Truvia Baking Blend
- Filling:
- 4 C raspberries (fresh or frozen)
- 1/2 C Truvia Baking Blend
- 2 tsp lemon juice
- 1/3 C cornstarch
