Shrimp Dijon Casserole

  • 4 cloves garlic,crushed
  • 4-6 tablespoons butter
  • 1 medium onion chopped
  • 2 pounds uncooked shrimp (cleaned)
  • 2 cans cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 cup Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • salt,pepper,garlic powder



Step 1

Sauté garlic and onions in butter, until soft.

Mix shrimp,soup, Parmesan cheese and the onion mixture all together.Add salt,pepper,garlic powder.

Transfer to a casserole dish.

Sprinkle with breadcrumbs.Top with dotted butter.

Bake at 350, 20 minutes or until bubbly.
