- 10 Candy Corn Oreos, chopped 1/2 cup small pretzel stick pieces 1/2 cup salted peanuts 12 ounces white chocolate, chopped (see note below) 3/4 cup candy corn festive sprinkles
Pistachio Nut Cake

Blend first 6 ingredients in large bowl
- 1 Duncan hinds yellow cake mix
- 1 pkg. pistachio instant pudding
- 4 eggs
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup oil
- 1/2 tsp almond extract
- 1/2 cup cugar
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 cup finely chopped nuts
Thai Peanut Pasta Salad

Vegetables: Cut into pieces or julienne them and place in bags in refrigerator
- Vegetables:
- 1 head leafy red lettuce
- 1 head leafy green lettuce
- 1 jar slated peanuts-crushed
- 1 red onion,pea pods,red peppers
- Marinade:
- 1/4 cup corn oil
- 3 tablespoons sesame oil
- 1 teaspoon crushed red pepper
- 3 tablespoons honey
- 2 teaspoons soy sauce
- 1 box spaghetti
- Dressing:
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1-1/2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon ginger
- 1-1/2 tablespoons white vinegar
- 1-1/2 cloves crushed garlic
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 4 tablespoons olive oil
Peanut Butter Butterfinger Brownies

Preheat oven to 325 degrees F
- 1 stick unsalted butter, partially melted
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1 1/2 cups granulated sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup all purpose Gold Medal Flour
- 1 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/4 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 cup mini chocolate chips
- 5 Butterfinger Candy Bars, crushed
- 1/2 cup melted peanut butter

In Dutch oven, add all ingredients and bring to a boil
- Chicken(white or dark)
- 1 cans beer
- ½ cup soy sauce
- 1 package onion soup mix
- 1 tablespoon sugar
Asian Marinated Flank Steak

- 2 oz. sesame oil
- 2 oz water
- 2 oz honey
- 1 TB chili powder
- 1 TB sugar
- 1 TB chopped garlic
- 1 TB chopped ginger
- 2 scallions chopped
- 2 TB sesame seeds
Firecracker Chicken Meatballs

Position 2 racks near the center of the oven and preheat the oven to 475ºF
- meatballs:
- 2 pounds ground chicken (or turkey)
- 2-3 garlic cloves,crushed
- 1 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon pepper
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup Panko breadcrumbs*
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- FIRECRACKER SAUCE:
- 1/2 cup hot sauce (I recommend Franks)
- 1 cup light brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4-1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes (depending on spice preference)

Base of cheesecake combine graham cracker crumbs,walnuts,cinnamon and melted butter
- 1-3/4 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/4 cup chopped walnuts
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 cup butter(1 stick)melted
- 3 eggs
- 2 8 oz. cream cheese soft
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 tsp vanilla
- 1/2 teaspoon almond extract
- 3 cups sour cream
Sweet and Spicy Edamame-Beef Stir-Fry

1. In nonstick wok or skillet heat half of oil over medium-high heat
- 4 tsp. canola oil
- 2 tsp. finely chopped fresh ginger
- 3 cups packaged fresh cut-up stir-fry vegetables
- 8 oz. beef sirloin steak trimmed of fat and cut in very thin bite-size strips
- 1 cup frozen shelled sweet soybeans (edamame)
- 3 Tbsp. hoisin sauce
- 2 Tbsp. rice vinegar
- 1 tsp. red chili paste
- white rice or brown rice
