Directions In large bowl, mix mayo, dressing mix, bacon bits, shredded carrots and onion powder
- 2 C. uncooked shell pasta
- 4-5 peeled baby carrots or 1 large regular carrot, shredded

- One 1-inch slice = a grain and a healthy-fat
- 1 cup raw almond flour (not blanched)*
- 1/2 cup coconut flour
- 1/2 teaspoon sea salt
- 1/2 teaspoon cream of tartar
- 1/4 teaspoon baking soda
- 2 1/2 tablespoons cinnamon
- 3 teaspoons ground ginger
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cloves
- 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cardamom
- 4 large eggs, at room temperature
- 1/2 cup organic, unrefined coconut oil, at room temperature
- 1 cup organic pumpkin puree
- 20 drops liquid stevia (plain or vanilla flavored)
- 1/2 cup raw walnut halves

1. Mix all dry ingredients, except for baking soda, together in a medium size bowl
- 1 cup coconut flour
- 8 eggs
- 1 1/2 cups (+ possibly 1/2 cup, more) milk of your choice
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 tablespoons melted coconut oil
- 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
- 2 tablespoons raw honey
- 1/2 teaspoon apple cider vinegar
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
