Coconut Butter Cookies

- 1 1/4 cups almond flour
- 2 tablespoons coconut flour
- 1/2 teaspoon pink Himalayan salt
- 1/2 cup coconut oil, softened
- 1/2 cup raw honey
- 1 cup coconut cream concentrate, softened
- 2 pastured eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Creamed New Potatoes and Green peas

- 1/4 cup butter or margarine
- 1 small onion, minced
- 4 cups peeled new potatoes in 1/2 inch dice
- 1 cup each milk and light cream, heated (2 cups)
- 1 (10oz) package frozen peas
- Salt and white pepper
- Thyme pr do;;weed to taste
- Chopped parsley or fresh dill

Weight Watchers Oatmeal Scones

1. Preheat the oven to 450 degrees Fahrenheit
- 3/4 cup old fashioned oats
- 1 1/4 cups wheat flour
- 2 tablespoons granulated sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/3 cup dried fruit (cranberries, currants, raisins, etc.) (optional)
- 2/3 cup buttermilk
- 1/4 cup light butter or 1/4 cup margarine
- 1 tablespoon half-and-half (optional)
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 1 tablespoon buttermilk (for brushing)
- extra sugar (optional)

One Pot Chicken and Gravy

- Boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- Potatoes, quartered, with jackets
- 6 About 6 stalks of celery
- 1/2 package baby carrots
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 package of dry onion soup mix
Wild Rice Soup-2

Heat oil in 10-inch skillet over medium heat
- 2 teaspoons vegetable oil
- 1 medium onion, chopped (1/2 cup)
- 2 medium stalks celery, diced (1 cup)
- 2 medium carrots, diced (1 cup)
- 1 cup diced smoked turkey 96 oz.)
- 1/2 cup uncooked wild rice
- 1 teaspoon dried tarragon leaves
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 2 cans (14-1/2 oz.) chicken broth
- 1 can (12 oz.) evaporated milk
- 1/3 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 cup frozen green peas, thawed
- 2 Tablespoons dry sherry, if desired

Preheat oven to 350º. Measure warm water into a large bowl
- 1 1/8 teaspoons yeast
- 3/4 cup warm water
- 1/2 teaspoon of salt
- 1/2 tablespoon of sugar
- 2 cups + 2 tablespoons of sprouted spelt flour (or regular)
- 1 egg, beaten
- sea salt or kosher salt

- 2 cups sugar
- 3/4 cup baking cocoa
- 1 cup canola oil
- 4 eggs
- 1/4 cup 2% milk
- 1-1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 cup (6 ounces) semisweet chocolate chips
- 1 cup chopped walnuts, divided
- 14 ounces caramels
- 1 can (14 ounces) sweetened condensed milk
