- 1 225g bag skor chips
- 1 250 g box Ritz crackers
- 1 300ml can sweetened condensed milk
Coconut Chocolate Chip Cookies

- 1/2 cup coconut oil
- 1 cup + 1 TBS brown sugar, packed
- 2 eggs {at room temperature}
- 1 TBS. pure vanilla extract
- 1 3/4 cup all purpose flour
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. baking powder
- 1/4 tsp. baking soda
- 12 oz. semisweet chocolate chips
- 1.5-2 cups shredded coconut {optional- still amazing without it!}
Browned Butter Frosting

This is best when used with ant yellow cake mix
- 1/2 cup butter
- 2 (3 oz) packages cream cheese
- 3 Tablespoons butter
- 6-1/2 cups sifted powdered sugar
- 2-3 teaspoons milk
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
Kale Brownies

Preheat oven to 350F. Line a 9×13 pan with parchment paper, or grease well
- loosely-packed 3 cups kale or spinach leaves (80g)
- 1/2 cup applesauce (120g)
- 2 1/2 tsp pure vanilla extract
- 1 1/2 cups water (360g)
- 3 tbsp ground flax (18g)
- 3/4 cup vegetable or melted coconut oil (115g)
- 1 cup coconut flour (135g) (Coconut-free recipes are linked at the very bottom of this post.)
- 3/4 cup cacao or cocoa powder (65g)
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 3/4 cup xylitol or sugar of choice (150g)
- 1/16 tsp pure stevia, or 2 extra tbsp sugar of choice
- 1/2 cup mini chocolate chips, optional
ENERGIZING RAW COCONUT MACA FUDGE

Melt coconut oil and mix with cacao powder, maple syrup, vanilla extract, maca powder, and shredded coconut
- 1 cup organic coconut oil, melted
- 3 tablespoons raw cacao powder
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon maca powder
- 1/4 cup unsweetened shredded coconut
- 1 pinch coarse sea salt
- Extra cacao powder for top, optional
Ooey Gooey Rocky Road Cookies

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F, and line two sheet pans with parchment paper
- 3 cups powdered sugar
- 2/3 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 3 extra large egg whites
- 1 tbsp vanilla extract
- 2 cups semisweet chocolate chips
- 2.5 oz sliced almonds, toasted
- 1 cup mini marshmallows
