Chicken With Creamy Mushroom Sauce

Ingredients
- 1 Tbsp. Oil Divided
- 6 Small boneless chicken breast halves 1/2" thickness
- 4 1/2 C Broad egg noodles, uncooked
- 1/2 lb. Fresh mushrooms, sliced
- 1/4 C Finley chopped onions
- 1/3 C Fat-free reduced sodium chicken broth
- 1 10oz Container Savory Garlic cooking creme (Philadelphia)

Step 1
1. Heat 1-1/2 tsp oil in a large skillet on medium-high heat, Add chicken. Cook 4 to 5 minutes on each side or until done and browned on both sides. Transfer to plate; cover to keep warm.
2. Cook noodles as directed on package, omitting salt. Meanwhile, add remaining oil, mushrooms and oinions to skillet; cook on medium heat 7 minutes or until mushrooms release most of thier liquid,stirring occasionally to scrape browned bits from bottom of skillet. Stir in broth.
3. Add chicken and chicken juices to skillet; bring sauce to boil. Add cooking creme; cook and stir on medium-low heat 4 minutes.
4. Drain noodles; place on platter. Top with chicken and sauce.
