Slow Cooker Loaded Baked Potato Soup

Cook and stir bacon in large skillet on medium heat until crisp
- 8 slices bacon chopped
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 2 tbsp. flour
- 1 carton chicken broth, divided
- 3 lb. large baking potatoes (about 6), peeled, cut into 1/2 inch cubes
- 1 pkg. shredded triple cheddar cheese with a touch of phili, divided
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh chives

- 3/4 cup (175ml.) cream cheese softened
- 1/2 cup (125ml.) chopped fresh spinach

- 4 cups (1 L) firmly packed rasberries
- 3 cups (750ml.) granulated sugar

- Dressing:
- 1/2 ciabatta loaf (120g/4 0z.) sliced
- 2 whole chicken breasts (about 500g/ 1 lb.) skinless and boneless, halved horizontally to make 4 fillets
- 1 tbsp. garlic powder
- 2 tbsp. dried parsley flakes
- pinch of salt
- 200 g/7 0z bacon
- 2 eggs, hard boiled
- 2 romaine hearts, washed and dried
- 1 avocado, sliced
- 1/2 cup shaved parmesan cheese
- 2/3 cup greek yogurt
- 1 tbsp. olive oil
- 2 garlic cloves, crushed
- 2 anchovy fillets, finely chopped ( i use anchovy paste)
- juice of 1/2 a lemon
- 3 tbsp. freshly grated parmesan cheese
- salt and pepper for seasoning

- 8 eggs
- 3 cups milk
- 8 cups french bread cubes (3/4 inch)
- 1 pkg. (300g) frozen chopped spinach, thawed, squeezed dry
- 12 slices cooked bacon, crumbled
- 2 cups cheddar cheese, divided
