- 2 tbsp. (30ml.) freshly squeezed lime or lemon juice
- 1 tsp. (5ml.) honey
- 1 tsp. (5ml.) ground cumin
- 1/4 c. (50ml.) olive oil
- 2 peaches
- 2 ripe avocados
- 6 oz. (180g.) mesclun green or baby spinach, about 12c.
- 1/2 pint blueberries or rasberries

- 1 box (900ml.) chicken broth

- 1 large coarsely chopped tomato
- 1 stalk celery, sliced
- 1 1/4 cups cheese filled tortellini
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1/4 tsp. dried oregano leaves, crushed
- 1/8 tsp. ground black pepper
