Shrimp and Spinach Dip

Ingredients
- 3/4 cup (175ml.) cream cheese softened
- 1/2 cup (125ml.) chopped fresh spinach
- 1/4 cup (50ml.) mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup (50ml.) sour cream
- 1/4 cup (50ml.) chopped fresh dill
- 1/4 cup (50ml.) chopped fresh parsley
- 3 green onions chopped
- 2 tbsp. (25ml.) lemon juice
- 1 clove garlic minced
- 1/4 tsp. (1ml.) pepper
- 1 lb (500g) cooked shrimp

Step 1
In blender or food processor, blend cream cheese, spinach, mayonnaise, sour cream, dill, parsley, onions, lemon juice, garlic and pepper. Chop shrimp coarsely; add shrimp and process until finely chopped but not pureed. Makes 3 cups
