Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup (175ml.) cream cheese softened
  • 1/2 cup (125ml.) chopped fresh spinach
  • 1/4 cup (50ml.) mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup (50ml.) sour cream
  • 1/4 cup (50ml.) chopped fresh dill
  • 1/4 cup (50ml.) chopped fresh parsley
  • 3 green onions chopped
  • 2 tbsp. (25ml.) lemon juice
  • 1 clove garlic minced
  • 1/4 tsp. (1ml.) pepper
  • 1 lb (500g) cooked shrimp

Step 1

In blender or food processor, blend cream cheese, spinach, mayonnaise, sour cream, dill, parsley, onions, lemon juice, garlic and pepper. Chop shrimp coarsely; add shrimp and process until finely chopped but not pureed. Makes 3 cups
