Easy Basic Meatballs: Mix 1 lb
- 1 recipe easy basic meatballs
- 2 cans (11oz. each) refrigerated thin crust pizza dough
- 1 jar (14oz.) traditional pizza sauce
- 1/2 cup chopped green peppers
- 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese with a touch of philadelphia
- 1/4 cup grated parmesan

- CRUST:
- 1 1/4 c. all purpose flour
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/4 c. unsalted butter
- 1/4 c. vegetable shortening
- 1 tbsp. lemon juice
- 3 tbsp. to 5 tbsp. cold water
- FRUIT:
- 4 c. rhubarb, chopped
- 2 c. strawberries, hulled and sliced
- 1 c. sugar
- 3 tbsp. cornstarch
- 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp. ground ginger
- dash salt
- CRUMBLE TOPPING:
- 2/3 c. all purpose flour
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1/4 tsp. nutmeg
- dash salt
- 1/4 c. unsalted butter, melted
BBQ Shrimp-Pasta Salad

- 3 c. Whole wheat penne pasta, uncooked
- 1 each red, yellow, green pepper, chopped
- 1/4 c. miracle whip dressing
- 1 c. kraft 4 cheese Italiano shredded cheese

- 1 lb. (450g) uncooked deveined peeled large shrimp

- 3 pounds pork tenderloin (1 pkg of 2 tenderloins), cut into 4 pieces
- 1 pound bacon
- 1/4 cup soya sauce
- 1 tbsp. mince onion
- 1/2 tsp. garlic salt
- 1 tbsp. white wine vinegar
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1 dash pepper
- 3/4 cup brown sugar
