OVEN FRIED CHICKEN

- 2 tbs Dijon mustard
- 1/2 tsp sweet paprika
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder

- 1/4 tsp kosher salt

CRANBERRY-ORANGE MUFFINS

- 2 c all purpose flour (about 9 oz)
- 1 c sugar, divided
- 1 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 2 tsp grated orange rind
- 3/4 c orange juice (about 1 large orange)
- 1/4 c canola oil
- 1 large egg, lightly beaten
- 2 c coarsely chopped fresh cranberries (8oz)
- 1/3 c chopped walnuts, toasted

- 3/4 c butter, softened
- 3/4 c granulated sugar
- 3/4 c firmly packed dark brown sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 1 1/2 tsp vanilla
- 2 1/4 c plus 2 tbs all purpose flour
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 3/4 tsp salt
- 1 1/2 (12oz) packages semisweet chocolate morsels
- parchment paper
CORN BREAD/SAGE DRESSING

1) toss all ingredients together
- 1 lb giblets, cooked, save broth
- 2 (8 1/2 oz) pkg corn muffin mix
- 1 1/2 large onions, chopped
- 1/4 c parsley
- 1 1/2 tsp marjoram

- 6 large eggs
- 2 tsp vanilla
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 1/4 c all purpose flour
- praline topping:
- 1/2 c pecans, toasted,coarsely chopped
- 5 tbs butter or margarine
- 1/3 c packed light brown sugar
- 2 c powdered sugar
PITA TOASTS WITH WHITE BEAN TAPENADE
