LEMON DILL SAUCE

To make ahead: prepare as directed through step 2
- 1/2 c sour cream
- 1/2 c mayonnaise
- 2 tbs drained capers
- 4 tsp chopped fresh dill
- 1 1/2 tsp lemon zest
- 4 tsp fresh lemon juice
- 1 tsp white wine vinegar
- kosher salt to taste
BAKED FLOUNDER WITH LEMON PEPPER

- 2 to 4 tbs unsalted butter
- 1/3 cup sour cream
- 1 scallion, finely chopped
