Barbeque Glazed Meatballs

Combine jelly and barbeque sauce in a large saucepan
- 1 jar (12 oz) grape or currant jelly
- 1 cup barbeque sauce
- 1 bag (14 oz) Armour Original Meatballs
Spinach Stuffed Shells

Cook pasta shells according to package directions; drain and separate
- 20 jumbo pasta shells
- 1 1/2 cups marinara sauce
- 2 cups Hood Cottage Cheese
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
- 2 egg whites
- One 10 oz. package frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained
- 1 cup (4 oz) shredded park-skim mozzarella cheese
Summer Squash Quiche

Preheat oven to 375 degrees
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 small onion, diced
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 medium summer squash, diced
- 1 medium tomato, diced
- 6 eggs
- 1/3 cup milk
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
- 1/3 cup sour cream
Whole Grain Rotini with Fresh Vegetables

Bring a large pot of water to a boil
- 1 box Whole Grain Rotini
- 4 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
- 1 small white onion, chopped
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 yellow bell pepper, thinly sliced
- 1 medium zucchini, diced
- 1 medium yellow squash, diced
- 1 bunch asparagus, sliced on a bias
- 1 pint cherry tomatoes, halved
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- 4 leaves basil, torn
Tomato Beef Stroganoff

Combine roast, tomatoes, tomato sauce, tomato paste, mushrooms and seasoning mix in slow cooker
- Boneless chuck roast (2 1/2 lbs.) cut into large chunks
- 28 oz. Hunt's Crushed Tomatoes
- 8 oz. Hunt's Tomato Sauce
- 6 oz. Hunt's Tomato Paste
- 6 oz. sliced fresh mushrooms
- 2 packets (1 1/2 oz. each) beef stroganoff seasoning
- 2 cups cooked noodles
- 1 cup sour cream
Linguine with Shrimp, Roasted Tomatoes, and Spinach

Preheat oven to 450 degrees
- 1/2 pint halved cherry tomatoes
- 1 teaspoon chopped garlic
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- Salt and Pepper to taste
- 1/4 cup bread crumbs
- 1/2 lb. linguine (add more if desired)
- 2 tablespoons oil
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 teaspoon chopped garlic
- 1 lb. large peeled and deveined shrimp
- Salt and Pepper to taste
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- 2 cups baby spinach
Poor Man's Frosting

Mix flour, salt and milk together in saucepan and cook on low heat
- 5 tablespoons flour
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 cup milk
- 1 cup white sugar
- 1 cup Crisco
Seafood Casserole

Cook macaroni minimum amount of time
- 1 box elbow macaroni
- Cooked, cleaned fresh, frozen or canned shrimp (1 lb.)
- Lobster meat (1 1/2 lb.) (substitute crabmeat)
- Fresh mushrooms (optional)
- 1 can green beans, drained
- 2 cans French fried onion rings
- 1 cans cream of mushroom soup
- Garlic powder (to taste)
- Pepper
- Parsley flakes
- White wine
- Swiss or Gruyere cheese, sliced or grated

- 18 oz. Grenadine
