    box elbow macaroni

  • Cooked, cleaned fresh, frozen or canned shrimp (1 lb.)

  • Lobster meat (1½ lb.) (substitute crabmeat)

  • Fresh mushrooms (optional)

  • 1

    can green beans, drained

  • 2

    cans French fried onion rings

  • 1

    cans cream of mushroom soup

  • Garlic powder (to taste)

  • Pepper

  • Parsley flakes

  • White wine

  • Swiss or Gruyere cheese, sliced or grated


Cook macaroni minimum amount of time. Drain and add seasonings. Place in large bowl (or the casserole dish you plan to use). Add mushroom soup and mix together well. Add one can of onion rings and mix again. Add the shrimp and lobster meat and mix again. Add green peas and slice in fresh mushrooms (if needed). Slice or grate the cheese and place on top of mixture. Finally, add the second can of onion rings and place in 350 degree oven, covered for about 30 minutes. Remove cover and continue in oven for about 10 minutes
