  • 1/2 teaspoon 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 2 Tablespoons 2 Tablespoons minced onion
  • beat together 1 egg and 1/4 cup milk
  • Combine with dry ingredients and form into finger shaped patties. Deep fry at 375 degrees until golden brown; drain on absorbent paper and serve at once.
