  • 3/4 cup + 2 tbsp *unsweetened, unflavoured almond milk (or more as needed to thin out)
  • 5 tbsp nutritional yeast
  • 4 tbsp Earth Balance or coconut oil
  • 1 tbsp all-purpose flour (arrowroot may work for GF option)
  • 1/4-1/2 tsp kosher salt +ground pepper, garlic powder & onion powder, to taste

  • Zucchini Fries:
  • 1 medium zucchini, cut into long, thin pieces

  • ½ c buttermilk
  • 5 Tbsp Greek plain low-fat yogurt
  • 1 Tbsp dried parsley
  • ½ tsp dried dill
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
