Quick & Dirty 5-Ingredient Vegan Cheeze Sauce

This is the Lexus of all the cheeze sauces I’ve made to date
- 3/4 cup + 2 tbsp *unsweetened, unflavoured almond milk (or more as needed to thin out)
- 5 tbsp nutritional yeast
- 4 tbsp Earth Balance or coconut oil
- 1 tbsp all-purpose flour (arrowroot may work for GF option)
- 1/4-1/2 tsp kosher salt +ground pepper, garlic powder & onion powder, to taste

Here’s a quick and delicious homemade pizza crust that is easy to make gluten free
- Or make your own self-rising flour:
- 1 cup self-rising flour (I use Bob's gluten free)*
- 1 cup of dairy free plain yogurt
- Extra flour for dusting the board

Baked Zucchini Fries with Homemade Ranch Dressing

Preheat the oven to 400F. Lightly spray a baking sheet with cooking spray
- Zucchini Fries:
- 1 medium zucchini, cut into long, thin pieces
- ¼ c Italian-style dry breadcrumbs
- 2 Tbsp fresh grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tsp dried herbs (any combination of parsley, basil, oregano, thyme, etc.)
- ½ tsp garlic powder
- Pinch salt and pepper
- 1 egg beaten with 2 TB milk
- Cooking spray
- Buttermilk-Yogurt Ranch Dressing:
- ½ c buttermilk
- 5 Tbsp Greek plain low-fat yogurt
- 1 Tbsp dried parsley
- ½ tsp dried dill
- ½ tsp garlic powder
- ½ tsp onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Gluten Free Almond Power Bars

1.Place almonds, flax meal, shredded coconut, almond butter and salt in a food processor 2
- 2 cups almonds (raw)
- ½ cup flax meal (flax seeds ground in a Vita-Mix (or other high speed blender))
- ½ cup unsweetened shredded coconut
- ½ cup unsalted creamy roasted almond butter
- ½ teaspoon celtic sea salt
- ½ cup coconut oil
- 4 drops stevia
- 1 tablespoon agave nectar
- 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup dark chocolate chips 73% cacao (optional)

- BOTTOM LAYER
- ¼ cup plus 2 Tbsp coconut flour
- 2 tbsp vanilla
- 2 tbsp date paste
- ¼ cup tahini
- 30 drops stevia or less than 1/4 tsp stevia powder
- 2 tbsp coconut butter (not oil)
- 2 tbsp cacao nibs (or chocolate chips)
- CHOCOLATE LAYER
- ¼ cup carob or cacao (or 2 tbsp of both)
- 2 tbsp vanilla
- ¼ cup coconut oil
- 30 drops stevia or less than 1/4 tsp stevia powder
- Sprinkle with coconut flakes.
Raw Chocolate Chip Cookies

Dough: Grind up raw cashews and raw oats in a food processor or blender
- Cookie dough:
- 1 3/4 cups raw cashews
- 3/4 cup raw oats
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup coconut oil
- Raw chocolate chips:
- 2 Tablespoon coconut oil
- 1/2 cup carob powder
- 1/2 cup cocoa powder
- 4 T agave nectar
- 2 teaspoon vanilla
Channa Masala

Slice the onions and put into a deep frying pan with some coconut oil
- 2 cans chickpeas, drained and rinsed
- 2 red onions, sliced
- coconut oil
- 3 cloves garlic
- 1 inch piece of fresh ginger
- 1 can chopped tomatoes
- 1 can coconut milk
- 1 tsp dried chili flakes
- 1 tsp ground cumin
- 2 tsp ground coriander
- 1/2 tsp turmeric
- 1/2 tsp fennel seeds
- a handful of fresh coriander
- 1/4 tsp garam masala
- the juice of 1/2 a lemon
Easy Italian Casserole

Preheat oven to 400F. Mix teabisk, milk and egg (can add garlic powder)
- meat mixture-
- 1 lb ground turkey
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 1 clove garlic, chopped
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1/2 tsp oregano
- 1/2 tsp basil
- 1/8 tsp sea salt
- 1 1/4 cups tomato sauce
- 1 cup chopped mushrooms
- teabisk mixture-
- 2 cup Bisquick
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 egg
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar (or more)
- parsley
- paprika
Cilantro Lime Vinagerette

- ½ cup filtered water
- ½ cup olive oil
- ¼ cup cilantro, minced & tightly packed
- ¼ cup lime juice, fresh squeezed
- 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
- 1 ½ teaspoon shoyu, or to taste
- 1 teaspoon maple syrup
- ½ jalapeno, seeded & minced
- ½ teaspoon chili powder
- ¼ teaspoon garlic, minced
- pinch cayenne pepper
- sea salt, to taste-not if using soy or tamari
- black pepper, ground, to taste
