Cherry Date Balls-no bake

Line a baking sheet with parchment paper
- 1 cup unsalted mixed nuts (1/3 almonds, 1/3 pecans, 1/3 walnuts)
- pinch fine sea salt
- 2/3 cup Medjool dates, pitted
- 1/3 cup dried cherries, unsweetened
- 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 tablespoons water
- 1/4 cup flaked coconut, unsweetened
Homemade Sandwich Buns in 60 minutes

Instructions Heat the milk, water, maple syrup and butter until butter is melted
- 1 cup milk
- 1/2 cup water
- 1 tablespoon maple syrup
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1 egg, room temperature
- 4-1/2 cups flour
- 1 package instant yeast (2-1/4 teaspoons)
- 1-1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 beaten egg yolk
- Sesame and poppy seeds for sprinkling on top before baking
Everyday House Dressing

- 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
- 20 ml extra virgin olive oil

- 2 cups Bisquick
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup 7 UP

Dreamy Cashew Mango Cream

1. Put cashews in Vita-Mix blender or food processor and pour in enough water to cover the nuts
- 1 cup raw cashews
- 1 lb. frozen mango chunks
- water or coconut milk
- 2 tablespoons maple syrup
- 1/4 cup orange juice or lime concentrate
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- pinch of salt
Ice Cream in a Bag

Combine the sugar, half and half and vanilla extract in the pint-size bag and seal it tightly
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1 cup half and half
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup salt (The bigger the granules,
- the better. Kosher or rock salt
- works best, but table salt is fine.)
- Ice cubes (enough to fill each gallon-
- size bag about half full)
- 1 pint-size ziplock bag

Brown Sugar and Peach Muffins

- 2 cups Spelt Flour
- 1/2 cup Brown Sugar
- 2 tsp Baking Powder
- 1 tsp Baking Soda
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- 1 Cup almond milk
- 1 Tbsp lemon juice
- 1/3 cup applesauce
- 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
- 1/2-2/3 cup canned or fresh Organic Peaches, chopped
- Brown Sugar, for sanding
Pizza Muffins

Preheat oven to 400 F. Spray a muffin tin with cooking spray
- 1 cup cornmeal (Note-I found this to much cormeal and reduced by 1/2 cup and added 1/2 cup whole wheat flour the second time i made it)
- 1 cup whole wheat flour
- 1 tsp oregano
- 1 tsp basil
- 1/2 - 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp sea salt
- 1 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 2 eggs
- 1 1/2 cups buttermilk
- 2-4 Tbsp tomato paste or pizza sauce, divided
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar
- Optional add-ins
- chopped red pepper
- sundried tomatoes chopped
- 2 Tbsp sugar
- nutritional yeast

- bananas roughly chopped, frozen (let sit at room temp 5 mins before blending)
- small amount of water or nut milk if required
Sweet Potato Biscuits with Maple Glaze

Bake sweet potato, peel and mash in a bowl with the oil or vegan butter
- Glaze:
- 3 cups flour, whole wheat
- 1 cup warm water or plain nut milk
- 1 Tbsp baking powder
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 medium sweet potato
- 2 Tbsp grapeseed oil or coconut oil
- 2 tbsp maple syrup
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp black pepper
- a few dashes of cinnamon
- 3 Tbsp maple syrup
- 1 Tbsp apple cider vinegar
- *there may be leftover glaze
