Best Ever Hot Cocoa-Vegan

Throw all ingredients into a pot and whisk like crazy
- 3/4 cup coconut milk (full strength, not light!)
- 3/4 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 1/4 cup Dutch-processed cocoa powder (I used regular cocoa)
- Pinch of sea salt to bring out the sweetness
- 3 tablespoons of maple syrup

- 1/2 teaspoons salt

Preheat oven to 325F. Whisk the dry ingredients in a medium sized bowl
- WET-
- 2 Tbsp ground flax + 6 T water, whisked
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup maple syrup
- 1/4 cup organic virgin coconut oil
- 1 cup mashed ripe bananas (2 small)
- 1/2 cup non-dairy milk (I used hemp)
- DRY-
- 1 3/4 cup whole wheat flour
- 2 Tbsp wheat germ
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- pinch of nutmeg
- pinch of fine grain sea salt
- 1 tsp baking soda
- BOMB FILLING-
- 1/4 cup plain soy yogurt (or regular)
- 1 Tbsp agave (or maple syrup)

- 1/2 cup crushed pecans/nuts (optional)
- 1/4 cup dried cranberries (optional)
- 2 tbsp crushed/whole flax seeds (optional)
- *To make gluten-free sub flours with desired combination of sorghum flour, bean flour, millet flour, coconut flour etc.
